Intoxilyzer 8000 Breath Machine
In 2003, after running a comprehensive battery of tests, the great State of Tennessee failed to recommend the Intoxilyzer 8000 for use in that state because "The CMI Intoxilyzer 8000 FAILED to yield satisfactory results on ALL accuracy, precision and performance tests." So, the I 8000 is not good enough for the folks up in Tennessee, but it's good enough to cost innocent people in Florida their freedom, driver's licenses and reputations.
Tennessee Rejected I 8000 - Need Letter of Proof of this Rejection.
Does anyone have this letter or proof?

I envisioned a chain reaction in the lab with a keg of gunpowder somehow misplaced and accidentally going off and blowing up the Intoxilizer from Tennesee and everyone ducking for cover.

Vet, We need to send in some Marines for this mission. The great drinking water of Broward's no good? I disagree with that decision. Distilled water tastes fake to me. I'm used to hallucinations from the tap already.

this actually happened today: i went to trial last year in front of judge zack in broward on a DUBAL. my client was acquitted by a jury of his peers. kathleen ireland took over zack's division, so i filed a motion to seal, including the certificate of eligibility from the FDLE, with judge ireland. today, my secretary called me on my cell to tell me that judge ireland's JA called and said the motion to seal was denied. when i asked my secretary if the JA gave her a reason, she said the JA told her that the judge "doesn't seal DUIs.' i'm currently awaiting a return call to let me know whether the judge is going to give me a reason for denying a motion to seal on a case where a jury found my client not guilty of breaking the law or at least a hearing on the motion...to be continued.

thank you anonymous. although i do stand by the post and my opinion of Judge Cohen, i regret the use of the profanity in the post. it was a 'momentary lapse of reason' that detracted from the message. i understood that the post had to be removed because of it.
gary, i sent you the doc. sorry for the delay...had a hearing in west palm with judge paul damico, a real class act, i might add.
that post went away because jeff is friends with seidman who is friends with cohen, not because of swear words. much worse has stayed up on this blog.
i agree, cohen is old school broward (meaning jerk). i just posted urging don cannarozi to run against o'connor in another part of the blog. maybe a nice jewish lady can be found to run cohen out of town too.
That would be great. Imagine the turmoil in the Cohen / Parrish household ... Old Lori would inevitably involve herself and compromise the Appraiser's office ... You get 2 birds with one stone.
as a follow up to the post that was removed, if anyone remembers, it was about Geoffrey Cohen allowing me to set a hearing on a motion that he 'NEVER' grants (to remove a no-contact order that the victim wanted removed because he lives with the victim, is twice her size, and isn't the least bit afraid of her...and testified that way in court). it was about me and my client and an alleged victim taking time out of our day to come to court on a motion that Geoffrey Cohen said, on the record, "i never grant [these] motions...." it was about me complaining to judge geoffrey cohen in a formal letter about his wasting all of our time and him responding that he could care less what the lawyers who practice before him think ("appeal me," he said). it was about his condescending arrogance on display in court for all to see. I BELIEVE HE HAD HIS COURT REPORTER ALTER THE RECORD to exchange the word, "never" (grant motions to withdraw non-contact orders) to 'hardly ever.' unfortunately, or, fortunately for him, the court reporter has no audio file of that hearing. there is no profanity in this post, anonymous, so let's see if you're right about your opinion of the reason the original post was pulled.

Wow the ADJ goes after Cohen. With friends like ADJ who needs enemies. Going after the wife as well, classy. Maybe the actions of others wives on the public doll should be examined. One thing about Lori she shows up to work everyday, 5 days a week and works a full day.
I looove going in Cohen's courtroom. All those big strong men shackled up with their big strong arms behind their backs. What a turn on. Makes me feel like a big tough guy. Oooh baby baby.

Cuffing behind the back always struck me as cruel. What's the point? I'm sure he has his reasons though.
He strikes me as the president of the guilty until proven innocent club. That's probably why he does it.
A Sarasota County court has fined a breathalyzer company $3,200 a day for defying an order to turn over the machine's source code.
