So how many Broward judges have JQC complaints pending against them now? Aleman, Holmes, Seidlin, Greene, Korda, Eileen just got through with hers, who else? I know I'm missing someone!
I commend the writer of this editorial. He identifies the problem we have here very well. It's going to take a concerted effort by the media to bring real pressure on these judges who would sit in judgment of others while committing the most outrageous offenses to our community. I ask; Who do these people think they are?
We need more independent minded Judges to move to the forefront and take the lead to bring back confidence to the judiciary. Why can't Ross see what the problem really is? Why won't he see what the problem really is? The judicial system has become stagnant and not capable of acting independently. They seem to worship politics, so find a political solution. Won't someone do the right thing before Broward is on CNN again?
