I was told things are so bad, he's hired a PR Firm to promote his message. Is the Public paying for this PR Firm? Once again he's going to extraordinary lengths to sway (manipulate) the way the public perceives the outrageous behavior and political instability running rampant within our Judicial System. A rather silly attempt again to pull out of his bag of tricks some strategy to save himself and his cronies from an outgoing tide.

Cant you jackasses ever put WHERE something is taking place. Didnt you look dumb enough earlier this week when you were not specific enough as to where the Diversity Cmttee was meeting.
Or maybe you dont want people to attend because it will take away from your spotlight.

It is a press conference, maybe it could have been held in the Jury room.

He's in trouble, that's why. You know how he can't stand the press. He's constantly talking down to them like he's on Mount Olympus.

He most likely will feel better if it's in his chambers. You know, surrounding that are familiar to him, like a security blanket.

As usual, I understand everyone is to blame but his policies over the last 20 years of appointing friends to key positions. This guy is a dinosaur and needs to go the way of the dinosaurs. It's nobody's fault but his, don't you think?

Yeah, he's saying that JAAB is trying to undermine his brilliant management style. Look what we've had happen with Judge Larry, Greene & Korda the last few months. How can he always seek to blame otheres for his blunders?

You've got to be kidding. Ross hired a PR Firm? What a piece of work this guy. Who's paying for this? He's in it deep this time. Maybe he'll have a few drinks before he presides on this one. Allot of questions to answer. He's just trying to put a good face for all these reporters. They know what he's all about. They've and to deal with this clown for years. He's lost his credibility with everyone including his fellow judges.

Ross blames all the ills of the Broward Judicial System on those that are trying to undermine him? Give me a break. This Ross can't find his way out of the woods. Why the other judges are putting up with this lame attempt to explain himself tells me he's still running the show, and putting in another BAD PERFORMANCE. Does he really think the media will fall for this stuff? The Miami Herald Editorial didn't.

ROSS HAS NO CREDIBILITY ANYMORE. ANOTHER PATCH JOB ON A GAPING WOUND.

Ross and Greene. Ross and Korda. Ross and Judge Judy. The media needs to ask themselves why so many bad judges in the 17th. Could it be due to Ross? Oh, yeah, that's it. He's just sticking around to protect his daughter, you know the one he got appointed over applicants with vastly more experience. He's making the situation worse, Why can't he see that?

This guy ross appointed is a right wing gun nut who hates african americans. This is a typical move. Bring in a guy you can control, then appoint him to a position after he gets the job done.

If you want to know about this guy you can simply ask Jonathan Friedman and Larry Siedlan - they both know him.

This guy was connected with Nick Navarro and is a republican operative.

JAAB IS TO BLAME FOR WHAT GREEN SAID, FOR WHAT KORDA DID IN HIS WALK I THE PARK, FOR FINER'S DISPARAGING REMARKS ABOUT PEOPLE OF COLOR, ABOUT HIS OWN REMARKS ABOUT THE SAME! IF JAAB IS TO BLAME IN HIS MIND, THEN I'M HAPPY TO BE A PART OF IT. OFTEN I'VE HEARD JUDGES REMARK PEOPLE MUST BE RESPONSIBE FOR THE CONSEQUENCES OF THEIR ACTIONS. AS TRUMAN SAID, THE BUCK STOPS HERE. TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR THIS CIRCUIT YOURSELF CHIEF JUDGE ROSS. THE CONDUCT OF THE FEW HAS CAST DOUBT ON THE REST OF THE JUDICIARY.

I found this website because I was recently informed about it by a lawyer in Broward County. It seems every article and comment is directed towards all Judges in Broward County. You seem to forget that there are alomost 100 Judges in Broward County (County & Circuit). Why doesn't anybody ever say anything positive about any of the 90+ other Judges who care about people, who follow the law, and work hard. This blog seems to be nothing more than a platform for criticism and megalomania.
If JAAB is truly an organization focusing on treating everyone fairly and ethically then why are there not any positive articles or blogs about The Broward County Judiciary.

    You out there???????

This place is boring without you. Didnt always agree with you, but it was nice to see someone stand up to JAAB and use their own name.

That's it nice remark from the nice ASA who attended the annual Bo & Jerry party. Both guys are great, nice people, Bo enjoys photography and Jerry enjoys his coin collection. True gentlemen. Good lawyers.

Both of those guys have worked real hard over the years.

News flash, without JAAB Greene is still on the criminal bench screwing your clients, O'Connor is not under the microscope, and your future clients (when you go out on your own) are doing extra time while you sit/stand around once a year drinking your free booze and listening to Regge music. Yahh man.

the reason that jaablaw does not write anything positive with relation to browrd judges is because they have an agenda and support all liberal judges who support thei money making probationary revolving door, who cares about the victims, lets make sure the drug dealers get a second chance, to violate, aka more money from the family to handle the VOP....good job JAAB, way to *&%$ broward county

The judges are public servents and must do their job. They are paid by the public to perform a service...ie...run an efficient docket, try cases, and dispense justice.

They should not be pushing thier own agendas while making back room financial deals to help their friends and family.

Here's something positive: let's make Judge Alfred Horowitz, or Judge Krathen, or Judge Murphy Chief Criminal Adm. Judge. They are smart, hard working, honest, self made men who did not come up through the nasty, mean, angry, state attorney ranks.
