A Press Conference is being held this afternoon at 2:00 at the request of Chief Judge Ross. Reported Topics to be discussed are Judicial Reform and what he hopes to do to restore Public Confidence in our Beleaguered Judiciary.

I was told things are so bad, he's hired a PR Firm to promote his message. Is the Public paying for this PR Firm? Once again he's going to extraordinary lengths to sway (manipulate) the way the public perceives the outrageous behavior and political instability running rampant within our Judicial System. A rather silly attempt again to pull out of his bag of tricks some strategy to save himself and his cronies from an outgoing tide.

Ross blames all the ills of the Broward Judicial System on those that are trying to undermine him? Give me a break. This Ross can't find his way out of the woods. Why the other judges are putting up with this lame attempt to explain himself tells me he's still running the show, and putting in another BAD PERFORMANCE. Does he really think the media will fall for this stuff? The Miami Herald Editorial didn't.

I found this website because I was recently informed about it by a lawyer in Broward County. It seems every article and comment is directed towards all Judges in Broward County. You seem to forget that there are alomost 100 Judges in Broward County (County & Circuit). Why doesn't anybody ever say anything positive about any of the 90+ other Judges who care about people, who follow the law, and work hard. This blog seems to be nothing more than a platform for criticism and megalomania.
If JAAB is truly an organization focusing on treating everyone fairly and ethically then why are there not any positive articles or blogs about The Broward County Judiciary.

the reason that jaablaw does not write anything positive with relation to browrd judges is because they have an agenda and support all liberal judges who support thei money making probationary revolving door, who cares about the victims, lets make sure the drug dealers get a second chance, to violate, aka more money from the family to handle the VOP....good job JAAB, way to *&%$ broward county
The judges are public servents and must do their job. They are paid by the public to perform a service...ie...run an efficient docket, try cases, and dispense justice.
They should not be pushing thier own agendas while making back room financial deals to help their friends and family.
Here's something positive: let's make Judge Alfred Horowitz, or Judge Krathen, or Judge Murphy Chief Criminal Adm. Judge. They are smart, hard working, honest, self made men who did not come up through the nasty, mean, angry, state attorney ranks.
