Fort Lauderdale fills jail, clogs court
OUR OPINION: ARREST IS A POOR OPTION FOR DEALING WITH THE HOMELESS

what happened to compassion. the system needs to justify it's existence. while cops sell drugs, lie under oath, do illegal wire taps, destroy evidence and on and on. they need to do something to try and convince the public they are doing a good job. bad leaders bad results. chief judge dale ross still goes about his business with out an investigation after attorney marilyn Lindsey(tobkin) under oath accused him and 2 other judges of rape. she continues to win all of her cases and people like assistant states attorney Chuck Morton stays in constant contact with her and letting her know what hotel room he will be staying in. what a system lets get back to holding these guys to a high standard. i'm sure there are some horny good old boys behind bars that would love to see people like ross and morton pay them a visit.

when are you going to mention the little problems marilyn had that caused her credibility to be questioned. funny u mentioned them on the sentinal blog and not here. weren't there drug issues and domestic violence issues as well. guess you forgot that. funny after reading your garbage on the sentinal blog you never once mentioned chuck morton. sad that you can besmirch a good man like chuck and get away with it.

Isn't it amazing that these morons will try to attack the credibility of the person presenting an opinion rather than refute that opinion with opposing facts or opinions?. This is not a trial,but an opinion forum. Oh I forgot,this is Broward. Sounds like PROSECUTERS/ Republicans to me.
