While there are many deserving judges I'd like to see assume this position, Tom Lynch would have to be on or near the top. Your cowardly anonymous criticism is conspicuously lacking in any specific accusations. I doubt you've ever even practiced before Judge Lynch. He's one of the best jurists in the courthouse. Here's a tip sonny: If you're going to throw around accusations, be specific, and have the character and courage to reveal your name. Are you ashamed, or just scared?

I just found this website and had I known earlier, I would've given Carmel something else to look into. I would like to know how Judge Marc Gold can possibly preside in any cases involving Hollywood Police Officers? Talk about a major conflict of interest. About a year before becoming a judge, he went to trial against the HPD in Federal Court and lost. And now he's allowed to hear cases involving their officers? Only Judge Ross and the JQC would allow such a thing. Not that the State's Attorney's Office doesn't share blame because they have never objected to Judge Gold's obvious bias. These judges deserve the negative publicity they've been getting. Contrary to their beliefs, they are not Gods! Many have forgotten that they serve the public, not the other way around!
