Rumors also are swirling concerning the possibility of more resignations from administrative posts.

When Backman was Administrative Judge for the Criminal division, I thought he did an excellent job. He did alot of changes for the courthouse. Besides that he might send Ross to civil. I don't think that they get along.

When is Backman due back from vacation? I heard not until the week before the election.

BAckman is also a co-conspirator and piece of S---. I sent him a letter about the Gardiner deliberately collaborating with ASA Raft to delay, obstruct and prevent my 3.850 exposing the state's perjured and other fraudulent testimony and other unsonstitutiuonal claims PROCESS from going forward and he failed (ie refused) to to do anything. He is clearly part of the same cesspool of criminal oraganisms that is the 17th judicial circuit.
