Is the JQC investigating a claim that some hardrives may have been removed from some judicial computers? Is this just a rumor?

Missing hardrives from government computers? Not this again. What are they afraid of? IS this more monkey business?

rumor around the Broward Bar dinner last night is that if Backman is CJ he will put Dale in criminal and if lynch wins dale stays in probate

that's BS - Dale goes wherever Dale wants, no matter who the CJ is, and that's obviously Probate.

can someone tell me how a county court judge can sit in probate?

He's a circuit judge. I believe he keeps that county court sign outside his office as a sign of false modesty, and because his core support comes from the county court judges.

He should just retire period from the bench. He's vested. Spend some time with your family and find some new hobbies.

Maybe all the crap that's been happening will awaken the voters and they will do their homework at election time instead of just re-electing some of the existing embarassments. New days call for new blood.

nice try to sway, its obvious to all that no matter who is in, dale will stay in probate

read the administrative order, over time the Seidlin cases are going to be redistributed to other judges, no new cases are going to Division 61. They made Dishowitz an "active Circuit Judge for Probate, he is getting more cases. Backman may take the probate its easy work and its a lot easier to do in his new office on the other side of the courthouse then criminal. I am sure Ross wouldnt mind being in criminal.

If Ross goes to criminal Howard will make his life miserable. Ross can't control his mouth, everyone knows it. Ross doesn't need the hassles.
