On Friday, July 13, Commissioner Shahrukh Dhanji, Florida Commission on Human Relations will submit his report addressing courthouse issues to Chief Judge Dale Ross.
Commissioner Dhanji will hold a news conference at the Commission office to discuss his findings and recommendations.

Are you people crazy-Shahrukh Dhanji-he has no expierence in human relations only FRAUD. Have you seen his clerk of the courts printout. Two pages-he has had numerous foreclosures,his business dealings are shadey and his businesses have been sued. He is a total hoax. I can't believe Ross would hire this guy. Dhanji is walking around telling everyone he wants to be Sheriff. He used to serve subpoenas up north (great expierence). The man can't hold a job.
Just another member of the quid pro quo gang of Ross and buddies trying to put the gloss on recent outrageous behavior of some of our judges at Ross' request. You can bet it will bear the same watered down bull as what was heard from the Diversity Committee in re: Greene. It's well known about this guys' connection to the political (judicial and nonjudicial) machine. A total hoax doesn't sum it up. It's just another example of who they call in to provide some kind of cover for what is very wrong within our judiciary.

Why is this news? I thought Williams and Trachman and the judicial wannabe bar associations decided in secret at Bimini Boozeyard how to fix all of Broward's problems.
They should add no discrimination based on race, color, religion, style of dress, nail polish, etc.

Be there or be square. Maybe Ross will publicize this blog again. You know, the little courthouse website that maybe 20 people read until Ross announced for all the local media that it was undermining the judiciary?
Ross will actually be there? I figured he was still curled up in the fetal position in a dark room somewhere mourning the loss of the CJ job. Oh yeah, after Lynch wins he's back in business. Silly me.

Dear Karen : don and I are back into the same bad pattern that we were in before I filed for divorce against him. I was very hopeful and optimistic when you recommended Dr. Clark and then we were ordered to go to counseling with her. I hoped we could try to resolve ourproblems in front of Dr. Clarkso that they did not blow up on us again. Don refuses to go to counseling until the criminal charge is resolved, but at the same time he insists on talking about our problems from his perspective causing me to have to defend myself and resulting in a heated argument and him leaving the house.
He also says some very offensive things to me that he thinks should not bother me, like today and yesterday calling women “dickless horny broads” and that some women “couldn’t get a dick if one were cut off and given to them on a platter”
And he keeps bringing up Judge Ross, which he knows could potentially destroy or at least cast a dark cloud over me so that nobody will want to hire me. Why does he do this if he wants me to be employable? I disclosed to Donald in confidence while we were married that judge Ross had sexually harassed me by coming over to my apartment banging on my door for me to let him in and was somehow able to intimidate me into having sex with him on at least 10 ocassions. Ross told me that he had no risk because he had a vasectomy and that if I ever told anyone and it threatened his position, I would only be hurting myself because, he said, “who do u think would believe – me or you?” Ross contacted me several times after I finished law school to remind me to stay quiet. When I was with SAO and doing the Anita Hill controversy, he called to make to make some rude remarks about Anita similar to the dickless remarks I have to hear from don. This morning, Don told me that in his response to the bar grievence he is going to accuse Judge Ross of conspiring with the Miller firm to hurt him. I told him to stop bringing Judge Ross into our problems, because it will only serve to destroy me and will probably hurt him too.
I asked don if I could go to Dr. clark while I’m waiting for him to join. He said that if I did that, he won’t go to her.
I want our marriage to work and am very eager to repair our problems, but I don’t know what to do if we can’t stay calm until don feels we are free to get help.
Since the divorce allegation is dismissed and I am not represented by any lawyer, can you help me before we fall apart again? Is there anything u can suggest?

Was there any coverage of this evnt in the papers or TV? What happened?
back in 2000 they did a story on it but was shut down very fast just like today they will not do a research piece on it. the law never investigated. u have an attorney who made unsolicited charges of rape no less than 10 times against chief judge ross and she has swore to it in a deposition. the media says she doesn't want to pursue it. it isn't her choice the law must investigate a 1st degree felony and if she refuses to give information she can be held in criminal contempt, have her law license revoked and put in jail. after all she is an officer of the court but the media refuses to go after the story aggressively. ITs RAPE LIKE MURDER and the law didn't investigate it and the media sat on it.
it involves chief judge ross and 2 other judges and the media says we don't want to write about it because marilyn doesn't want to pursue it. what a joke
