On April 23rd, 2007, The Tampa Police Department sent five DUI officers to Tallahassee for the 2007 Mother’s Against Drunk Driving (MADD) Florida Awards. This award is presented to officers with 100 or more individual DUI arrests per calender year. Since the DUI Unit was formed in 1995, the Tampa Police Department is always represented and has one of the largest groups of officers recognized.

It seems to me that arrests are already too competitive to have rewards based upon numbers. If rewards are to be rendered, it should be on the basis of lawful arrests, not upon awoltered evidence and perjury. Follow this link:

i was thinking u guys would respond but u are all running away from a battle that could take ross down. i sure thought u guys wanted to make a difference but none of u care if a judge continues to sit on his thrown with out an investigation for rape.

has she made a formal complaint to Satz recently? if you can get her to complain to Satz on Ross, and post it on the blog, he will have to investigate.
u can't work with marilyn, have u seen the offers i have made her. i am serious that i would love to see her get help and the children be put in a safe atmosphere. satz knows about this and the gov knows about it, i need a little help from u guys to push this forward. the transcripts and email are enough to start an investigation and if marilyn does not want to cooperate she can be held in criminal contempt

that's what an investigation does u idiot. u know the bar will do nothing. there is plenty here for the state attorneys office to start an investigation. i know how the system should work now if u who took an oath to up hold the law or something like that and u know the email and the sworn statement is more than enough to start an investigation but u all are afraid of ross

yep lame duck dale ross accused of rape and no one will help me push it forward, not that they should have to if satz would do his job. thats like one of the klan going after another.

David I would love to see some forensic or objective evidence outside of Marilyn's testimony or the emails.
I understand your frustration. Show me a stained bedsheet, underwear, anything with Ross's DNA on it. Something that can place him at the scene. Anything.
But going about it with the deposition alone isn't enough.
Satz won't investigate it. So that leaves going down to the Dade SAO's office.
If you can convince them that Marilyn was repeatedly raped by Ross, then fine. They can have the Governor appoint a special prosecutor to investigate the allegations.
But you need some kind of objective evidence. The case won't move forward because Donald and Marilyn are not credible for all the mud they've slung at each other, and you and Marily are not credible for all the mud that's been slung.
If there's some objective evidence out there, an eye witness; a rape kit; a doctor that treated Marilyn for the rape. Anything????!!!! I would love to use that.
If Ross raped Marilyn he deserves to be thrown off the bench, and if possible even prosecuted.
Without that objective evidence, its a hard sell.
Ask any criminal defense lawyer out there, credibility is everything in a rape case.
But yeah. I don't like Ross as a judge, and I'm not sure I'd like him as a person either. But if he raped Marilyn, I definitely would not want to invite him over for dinner with the wife and daughters.
they tried to impeach clinton for sleeping with a young intern; if ross did this, or if the stories about him picking up the woman on jury duty are true, he should be removed as a judge.
funny, lynch, spechler, ross, all are rumored to have cheated on their wives, with women they know in their official capacities as judges. do they stand for anything?

if marilyn lied under oath why does she still have her lisence. ck ross;s phone records a great place to start. like i said. attorney made the charges and u say she is not credible but she still practices law, are u sure ur name isn't ross. even when a hooker says i have been raped they investigate. ur excuses don't fly
