Here is a case that has not yet appeared in FLWS. The Dept is probably seeking review in the DCA. This is a break through on the stop issue and the Dept attempted to remove from 322.2615 proceedings. I suggest you raise this along with the accident report privilege which is now 316.066(7). This is alive and well in my opinion.
