JUDICIAL UPLIFT LUNCHEON

There's a lunch meeting set for today at 12:00 noon.  30th Floor, 110 Tower.  I think it's to be held in the conference room of Pozzuoli's office, though I'm not sure.

As the title implies, this is part of the push by Skip Campbell and his cohorts to try and fix the reputation of Broward's Judiciary.  Nothing short of a new courthouse complex hangs in the balance, according to recent quotes in the papers.

Attendees are supposed to include Campbell, Pozzuoli, Finkelstein, Mike Ahearn, Larry Davis, Eric Schwartzreich (BACDL), Barbara Sunshine, plus as many as 20 more individuals (the original location was moved to accomodate more participants).

I'll try to post with more info after the meeting, if the papers don't cover it tomorrow (I'll try to find out how uplifting it was).

So fix them. The judges are simply going to do what is expected of them. They will no longer be able to act like its their own private fiefdom.
