My friend just had Watson. Neither attorney liked her and one filed for a recusal, which she denied. When is re-election? I am sure the an official complaint is coming.

Bob Diaz was a phenomenal public defender. He and Tony Loe were probably the two best attorneys to ever work for the PD and SA.Two of the best trial advocates in that building. Diaz is also a great judge. Now that he's gotten re-elected again after more than one challenge, isn't it time for the Diaz haters to take their crayons and go home. He's not going anywhere. He'll be at 201 S. E. 6th till he retires. Deal with it.

Dear Bar President Young:
In September 2008, I was permanently disbarred for speaking the truth about the illegal activities of two entertainment companies (and their lawyers) who were marketing and selling adult-rated, pornographic products to minors. and for truthfully criticizing a sitting South Florida judge by pointing out the bizarre things he was doing on the bench which the Third District Court of Appeals had already identified as his whacky jurisprudential shortcomings.
The Bar did this to me, illegally, as retribution for my having bested The Bar years earlier in its efforts to discipline me for telling the truth about other illegal activities by the entertainment industry. The Bar was so egregious, so assaultive upon my First Amendment rights that The Bar's carrier paid me damages for its illegal activity. This was the only such damages payment by a bar in the history of the United States.
So, in 2008, The Bar's "discipline" of me was retribution for my earlier victory. The Bar combined, as it had years earlier, with two porn companies and with the whacky judge to treat my truthful, whistle-blowing speech into criminal libel. I was disbarred for telling the truth about three scofflaws. The Bar, of course, revealed how improper, how compromised were its motives, when it illegally gave gifts to the Bar referee who presided over my "trial." This was bribery in the light of day. Oh, and The Bar complainants were those I had bested in my efforts against them before the federal government. They couldn't beat me on the merits, so they tried to shoot the messenger, and The Bar provided the assault rifles.
I recite the above, in truncated form, so that others who read this will have a glimpse of how utterly reckless, and now how utterly stupid, is The Florida Bar, as will be seen further below.
For it has now come to my attention that The Florida Bar is illegally threatening Ft. Lauderdale attorney Bill Gelin with formal lawyer discipline because he courageously runs a lawyers' blog called Jaablog, reachable on-line at http://jaablog.jaablaw.com/ Jaablog has effectively blown the whistle on judicial misconduct and hijinks that seem to be the hallmark of much of the Broward County, Florida, judicial system.
Mr. Gelin should be receiving one of The Bar's media awards rather than threats of discipline, but The Florida Bar, on your watch and on the watch of your presidential predecessors, has itself become a powerful agent of corruption and shredding of constitutional rights of lawyers and others in this state. It even controls a lawyer malpractice insurer that crows about how it protects its lawyer insureds from lawyer discipline!
So it was only a matter of time that The Bar, urged

by a cowardly judges to punish Mr. Gelin for his publishing the whistleblowing truth about them, would clandestinely use its levers of lawyer discipline to protect those judges from the consequences of their actions.
But here is where it gets interesting. In 2008, I filed a Bar complaint against Mr. Gelin for the whistleblowing that he does. Why would I do such a thing? The reason is so simple that even some of your Bar Governors will understand it. It was a technique I got from the writings of Martin Luther King, Jr., who was inspired by Gandhi to push the the corrupt in power to the logical extent of their corruption. It's Civil Disobedience 101.
My reasoning was that if The Bar was going to be in the business of treating truthful speech by me, then a lawyer, about criminal/illegal commercial practices and about out-of-control judges, then The Bar should be consistent in shutting down all such whistleblowing lawyers and their salubrious speech. The Bar should go after Jack Thompson, and Roy Black, and even a liberal Bill Gelin if it is going to be in the speech code/criminal libel business. It had to be consistently unconstitutional if it hoped to at least appear to be without ideological motive.

To make it so simple that even Bar Executive Director Jack Harkness can understand it: The Bar's position is that Jack Thompson has no First Amendment rights to engage in what any even remotely competent constitutional analysis would find is protected "political speech," then no lawyers' speech is protected by the First Amendment when that speech targets the illegal activities of judges and others.
So I filed a complaint against Mr. Gelin to push The Bar to the logical extension of its Nazi-like intolerance of speech that inconveniences The Bar's sacred cows. If you are offended by the Nazi reference, then please note that U.S. Supreme Court Justice William O. Douglas predicted in Lathrop v. Donohue that eventually integrated state bars "would become goose-stepping brigades" Hell-bent upon using their regulatory powers to enforce ideological conformity upon its lawyer members. I was one of the first victims. Now, it seems, I am not to be the last.
Douglas predicted my plight. He predicted what is now Bill Gelin's plight. And he predicted that you would preside over a Hitlerian Florida Bar.
By my complaint against Mr. Gelin I was alerting him and everyone else who cares about the First Amendment rights of lawyers that it was only a matter of time before the bar crocodile got around to eating him. How right I was. He didn't really believe it then. He believes it now. I was stomped upon in the first wave of Bar goose-stepping. The legions are marching again, and with increased fervor.
And herein lies a real problem for The Bar: The Bar took a pass on being consistent with Mr. Gelin by

by refusing to treat him as it treated me. This proved the selective prosecution of The Bar, which is just one of the reasons why my disbarment will be reversed. The Bar's refusal to be consistent then as to Mr. Gelin poses a real problem for The Bar's effort to "get" him now, for if he was doing nothing wrong then, he surely has done nothing wrong more recently.
I therefore hereby submit my public records request, as the complainant, for all The Bar documents that will show why The Bar didn't go after him the first time, which is one whale of an argument he can now use to show why it must not go after him now! You have ten days to respond to this formal public records law request.
What I said and wrote then, what Gelin wrote then, and what he has written now is all protected by the First Amendment. But if you want to try to shut down a lawyers' blog that has blown the whistle on corrupt judges, then go ahead. Make my day.
For now you, The Bar, are screwing with the First Amendment rights of a person who has exercised his rights in a media setting on behalf of an improved administration of justice.
It is one thing to orchestrate and carry through on a high-tech lynching of an uppity Christian (me), but it is quite another to go after the speech rights of a public-spirited liberal lawyer who has demonstrably helped clean up, in certain regards, the cesspool of the Broward judiciary.
Of course, this is the cesspool out of which Ponzi-schemer Scott Rothstein slithered, protected by The Florida Bar for so many years even though it knew how dirty he was.
As a Bar poll itself proves, The Bar protects the corrupt and persecutes the righteous.
The pursuit of Mr. Gelin is just the latest installment of the latter.
So know this: I will be available to Mr. Gelin as an expert and a fact witness as to what all of this speech code nonsense by The Bar is all about and how it works. Mr. Gelin is pleased to have me help. How perfectly symmetrical the setting now is, thanks to a Bar that now mindlessly seeks to criminalize truthful speech about scofflaws who abuse the legal system.

The Bar should have stopped with me. It did not. I knew it would not, for the reasons Lord Acton identified.
Now you have decided to crush Bill Gelin. Good luck on that. Ain't gonna happen. The Bar will crush itself. And in doing so my legal career with be resurrected.

At least we had our freedom of speech when George Bush was president. Are we in Cuba know with dictators ALL OF A SUDDEN. That we can not express our views? I will never vote for a black man again. We fin Not only was she the main conspiriter of the murder of Tondelaya Mckenzie,but snap Robbery with a gun. I tired to tell everyone but no. Know once again on Feb 21,2004 I was at work cleaning my ice cream truck up. My cell phone rang it was Bernice Bernard aka Breanna. She had asked me what I was doing? I told her I was cleaning my truck up and going home to make sure my family was alright, shower and get dressed to go to big Larry bday party. In case anyone wants to know who Big Larry is. Well his then girl friend was the owner of the Gazett news paper. She asked me could she hang out with me tonight because she had just gotten out of a fight with her boyfriend (Sure)and was up set and did not want to be alone. Could I pick her up. I had picked her up about 12:30 am in Tattor town on 28th street or ave. We drove to Waldens Lounge on 31st ave first, then went to club Kutters on NW 27th St.After arriving there as I was about to enter the club this chick tells me she does not have any money.Well this day I had only made about $15 in tips.The cover charge was $10;00 to get in. I did not have the money to pay her way in. I called one of Tondelayas' friends told us to wait out side he will be right there and he will pay her way into the club. At 1 Am he showed up and did what he said he would do, he paid her way into the club.We enter the club and seen friends we both knew name Quinna Biggs. I sat down our friend went to get him a drink. As we sat there me and Quinna noticed Bernice Bernard ketp on talking on the phone. By 2:oo am she was gone with out saying thank you, boo or nothing. She just left. Me and Quinna said to each other darn she did not even say bye. The very next morning which was a Sunday morning Feb 22nd Bernice Bernard called my cell phone about a little after 10: Am that morning and said your daughter is dead and hung up. We raced down to FT Laud. Did she give detective a fake name? Because they kept saying Breanna also. This is the only name we knew.This girl did all of this to keep me from going to that apt. while they cleaned the crime scene the up. My daughter was buried March 8th. Me and My exstened family went out together that night to club Kutters and Bernice Bernard was there. Me and my gilrs hemmed her up in the bathroom, we had her so scared that she broke. She seen all of us and we scared the hell out of her. She was not getting out of that bathroom before I got some answers. This is what she said, She told us that Dwight Johnson and his cousins did it. That the cousins cleaned up while Dwight Johnson went to get cleaning surplies and that they were from New York and had come down. We let her out of that bathroom. As we were later leaving the club that knight she said to me that she was going to put her boys on me. Mind you before the funeral of Tondelaya, I was driving around passing out funreal cards telling where the funeral was going to be and what time when I ran into Bernice Bernard. Know mind you we did not have all that we had at this point. The funeral did not happen until March the 8th. Was still in the dark about the murder.

I'm thinking I have someone to ride with me so we rode around sad passed out cards.When she asked me to take her somewhere. I drove her down the street where Mozelle funeral home was it was about the end of the street and it was dark as heck. She had called someone and said they were bringing her 100 dollars for her to go party on. As I sat there for about maybe 5 min something came over me. It was like God said get out of there I felt like something was not right, We were sitting in the dark and I mean it was dark. I told her I am not waiting any longer, I am tired and am going home. and I drove off. I asked her where do you want me to drop you off at?She told me to drop her off at Dwight Johnson house on 9th street in in the city close to the cemetery on th. I think that child was trying to have me killed but the Lord moved me out of harms way. Then came the club interview and confession that Dwight Johnson and his cousins did it and when we got out side the threat came from her that she was going to get her boys on me. So help me GOD this is the truth and nothing but the truth. Her job the night of Tonelayas' murder was to keep an eye on me and make sure I did not come to that apt. I usually go see my baby every night but did not go that night because I had seen my baby that morning and thought she would be alright until we see her on our way to church the next day in which we went to the same church as the Robinson's.Did not make it to church that day, instead had to wait until the lump head Dr, Perper got there and hours they brought my baby out in a body bag. OMG. You know what regardless of what people may say and think about Mr. Howard Scheinberg he truly is a good man and I am happy he got his Lic back. He told me the truth. He said there were three finger prints on that gun and just the tip of Tondelya thumb on it just the tip. Those fools tried to put that gun in her hand but she was too stiff and they could not get that gun in her hand. Full reger had set in she was stiff as a board. Howard said give it time people start talking after a while. He was right. Bernice was out all drunk up bragging f that b--ch and hi hi I even put that jacket on that bitch wait a mint. it was dead bitch. No and I mean no one knew about that Jacket Mr. Scheinberg had not yet even given mr that autopsy yet. But the word was on the street about what she had done to T and about that jacket that we have the matching pants to. My children are sharp like there momma. They do not dress any kind of way. And who puts on a jacket in an unconditioned hot apt. Pretrial release said Tondelaya was in the house by 8:30 or her monitor would of went off. And a call would of went of to the headquarters. I was told by the FBI that they went to the wrong police dept looking for her case. They also told me that they went to the SAO and was told they were working on her case what a bunch of liers. Bronson told me the case was close two years ago, Three weeks ago we called the SAO and was told the FBI came and took the whole case. How could these lies keep going on and on and on. Well boys it is time to stop. It is time for evryone to do there job, Don't no child deserve to be handcuffed with there hands behide her back raped and shot in the middle of the head.I donot care what color she is. That baby has asma and know dionosed with another sickness. He beat her so bad on her birthday in 2010 also while she was just getting ready to have that baby. The police were called to the hospital and Jackie lied to the police because she was scared and was justing crying this week to her dad that she was scared. I have been denied Florida Bar admission for seven years for getting family and friends to write letters to the Senate Judiciary Committee--years before law school--opposing the nomination of fed judges intent on rolling back the ADA and publicly criticizing the failure of the Fla Bar to provide a bar exam accommodation they had approved, resulting in two fractured vertebrae just to pass the bar. After doing over 200 hours of community service despite no drug/substance abuse, mental health issues, felonies, arrest record, etc. the Board remarkably denied admission a third time for using the words "arbitary" and "abuse" in a letter urging Gov Scott to reform the process. I have been told to expect a Fla S Ct rubber stamp and would appreciate any suggestions on proceeding with a fed restraint of trade of lawsuit against the Board members as individuals, since they have repeatedly refused to follow their own rules and sought to use the C&F as nothing more than a weapon of discrimination against political speech they simply don't like.

I am considering filing a Civil Rights Lawsuit against the Florida Bar for Arbitrarily, and Capriciously protecting Attorneys, and/or Judges, in "Attorney Cliques" connected to the Florida Bar, denying the public Due Process, and/or any fairness, in the State's Complaint Process against corrupt attorneys.
