Ironic, isn't it, that the Cretin that created this Frankenstein and allowed the monster to run wild for so many years, will now decide if Milstein gets the dough? Interesting how all the strings lead back to Ross. And the price tag is $200,000.00? The Feds really need to take a good, long look at the rest of them!

This spells trouble for Milstein and Ross as the nation's spotlight turns back to a regrettable chapter in the 17th.
No worse then taking 10k flat fee for a crimianl case to plea it out to probation at the arraignment and/or first cal call. The hourly for the criminal lawyer is probably higher.
No worse then being a PI lawyer settling a 100k case and getting 33k for just mailing the medicals to the insurance company.
The guy had to literally shut down his practice for at least a month. Every other lawyer, birkhead, stern, etc got paid in this case why not the attorney who did the work. Millstien is the best in his field, doing it 30 years, he is probably get 300-400 an hour this amount is not out of line. I would understand Butin type outrage if the public has to pay for this but that is not the case. Stern and Birkhead get paid millions by magazines to take pictures of the baby that money goes straight to their pockets not this trust, they are the real bloodsuckers of this kid.
Not a bad weeks work. Who's this Milstein to Seidlin anyway? Wonder if some of it will find its way to the Seidlin Condo dumpster. Nothing like in your face to drive the point home. I'll bet you're right, Ross will give it to him. What a sinkhole of corruption this place is.
He didn't shut down his practice for a month. Get a clue. He probably billed half of it for flying on a plane to the islands. This Seidlin/Milstein behavior is exactly the stuff that makes the public hate and distrust our legal system. Hopefully Judge Ross will call them out on their game.
I'll bet Uncle Larry gets more than a purse for this one too. A real grab bag!
Ross will do for Milstein what Moe did for Schlesinger. There's a reason most of these old time Broward judges did the same job for 20 years and never went to other divisions or higher courts. Good old Broward. And I used to think it was the dead land crabs that made this place stink so bad.
I can't see any way to justify this crap. Seidlin appoints this guy and he puts in a bill for that amount? Sounds a little like snatch and run ...
This is exactly why our legal system is falling apart. It's like NY or Chicago of the 40s only here it's sanctioned by the judiciary.
I would agree the public view of lawyers dims in a Butin like situation where they have to pay. I doubt the care very much here where everyone is getting paid very well for their time. Birkheads lawyer is suing him for 2 mil for her time.
