paul backman got was a very good county court judge. he got promoted to circuit, got black robe fever and has been a pompous arrogant little piece of crap without an iota of judicial temperament. he berates young attorneys for sport, he knows not to mess with those that have been around and know all the skeletons in his closet. And i'll be kind i won't talk about all those corrupt spd appts to his cronies. jaab should run somebody against this mope to bring him back down to earth.

we hired Mitch Polay. What an a------ for an atty and a sorry excuse for one. Our prosecutor started off as a chichuaha and grew into a pitbull. He charged us a fortune and had my husband in Backmans court (his golfing and dinner buddy) give my husband a life sentence who has never been to prison before. My hubby was in the wrong place @ the wrong time. His co-deffendant did all the breaking of the laws, not my hubby. Mitch Pollay sucks as a lawyer and tells you exactly what you want to hear. Where is the justice of having a jury of your peers? My husbands peers are foofers ,construction workers and hard workingmen. Not peers who sit behind desks getting coffee for their boss and workin on computers and pushing pencils. Where is the fairness? It is time for Backman to retire. Being a Judge has gone to his head. He thinks he is judge and jury.
