(I heard Adam Katz was deposed by David Bogenschutz the other day, with Judge Aleman in attendance.  Must have been pretty intense - too bad the Rules of Criminal Procedure don't allow defendants to be present for their depos.  If so, even the the most routine depo would be an event.)

    Prediction on Aleman. She gets nailed for holding Katz in contempt without adequate notice, etc. I don't know about the Bruce Radicoff thing. But it seems she was unreasonable and unprofessional.
