But when is JAAB going to have the article regarding what the judge said to this defendant during the first day of his trial that so clearly set him off. I am certain that JAAB will be right on this to ensure that the truth comes out as to which judge is to blame for this.

If Satz prioritized, things would not be stretched so thin here. Violent criminals would be put away once and for all. Prosecutors and judges time would not be wasted on all the minor nonsense.
It's funny. BSO is rumored to hate Satz. The PBA's supposedly hate him too (exceptional clearance anyone). His perceived protection of Jenne and the rest of Broward's slime merchants is reflecting very badly on him these days. And we all know the bulk of his prosecutors wish him you know what. We are also reminded daily that his zero tolerance to any type of crime stance is a total failure in stopping violent crime and recidivism, yet no one will run against him.

The question that arises in my mind is what a deputy of this man's age would have been doing performing this type of duty? I often wonder why many of our in court deputies are of similar age and what they could possible do if an emergency should occur within the scope of their duty? Has the Broward County Court System become a retirement destination for out of state deputies? I wonder if this practice really serves the citizens of Broward County or for that matter anything beyond what has apparently become somehow politicized in assignments of this sort. It's a sobering thought, but I thought I'd through it out for consideration. I understand this gentleman was a kind, caring and considerate individual and all of our thoughts should go out to his family and friends at this time of calamity.
