Most of these character witnesses would need character witnesses themselves. Let's count how many of them want to be judges or receive handouts from them.

Now we know how Tobin became chief. He's an "expert" in contempt witnesses.
Too bad Ross is out. You know Bogie would have needed the weight of the CJ office, whoever it happened to be, as a pro Aleman witness.
Seeing Ross testify as an expert in anything would have been a hoot.

Will the JQC cross Singhal and Melnick in their involvement in Aleman's campaign? Probably not. Bogenschutz is too smart to open that can of worms. There must be evidentiary rules or a deal in place as to the scope of testimony.
Really, if it come out that they worked on her campaign and were awarded lots of SPDs on a gross and transparent scale, almost like a quid pro quo, wouldn't that damage the value of their testimony?
Can't the press investigate this even if the JQC won't? It's all public record and would make a good story in my opinion.

I always wondered why they went to a wheel for attorneys, yet psychologists can be appointed directly by the judge.
Wasn't this the kind of perception of corruption they were trying to eliminate?
Brannon is in every courtroom everyday making gobs of money. I don't think the other ones, who are just as capable, are happy about this.

maybe the JQC should do a public records request to see how much $$$ these so-called character witnesses made off of conflicts in that division. something tells me that there may be a connection with the person testifying and the number of appointments (spd/competency evaluations) the person testifying received. hmmmmmm

Correct me if I'm wrong, wasn't Raag Singhal quitting the practice of law and becoming a Pilate's instructor. Why would he involve himself in this mess?
Raag Singhal has got to be the biggest most corrupt prostitute in the history of Broward County. A f--king Democrat kissing Aleman's ass and kissing all the usual local Republican butt. What an asswipe! And all for what? Oh!!!!
