Word is the Judges are already tired of Vic D. Many very upset of the star chamber treatment of Feiner. They dont like the fact that Vic D wont stand up to Howie. They clamor for the days when the Chief Judge would put Howie in his place, could it be..... Ross back as CJ in 2009? What you never understoob Billy, is that Ross didnt rule the Judges by fear, quite the opposite he took care of them quite well. Politics Billy, something you think you know but in reality you know little about. You dont learn politics in books at Cal you learn them on the street working campaigns.
The Judges already see that Vic D has no leadership capabilities (god knows how much worse it gets when Dorian goes up) all he can do is get frustrated and make quips.
