Face it not much is going to change. Typical state/county employees most are lazy who work for crap wages with great benefits.
Someone on the other thread complained about dockets on line. That is not a Clerk issue, but a Circuit issue. Tobin claims that he is going to put this stuff on the Circuit website. I am sure that is coming along with a Magistrate Judge, County Judges picking their Admin Judge, Judicial Rotation, and the Easter Bunny.
Sadly, this is a good thread but JAAB shows it immaturity by posting an insulting picture with Forman. Maybe they should post some pics of the JAAB elite with mocking photos. Ivashuk with Skeletor. Marshall with Barry Manilow. Bill with pic of a crying baby.

And since you're making accusations of someone paying (and Forman taking) money to get a case on a "secret docket" (which sounds like the offering and acceptance of a bribe by a government official), why don't you have the cajones to make those allegations publicly and "name names" versus doing it by innuendo here?
Oh wait, you must be one of the head JAABers. They don't make formal complaints....they just whine like crying babies on the blog. They don't affect change by having the stones to put their money where their mouths are in a formal complaint. It would take away from their BLOGGING time.

Morale is low because members of administration and management make it quite clear that they have a low opinion of the employees. Being tracked by Stronmberg does not stop the few that may take advantage of time. As you can clock back in and leave again, what a waste of money. The clerks are frustrated from the unprofessional attitude that comes from Forman's administration. That is not to include the majority of the supervisors and management. I for one have had great experiences with them (glad to see Kimberly Purcell gone) she was a hire by Iris who was later fired for stealing sick time, not a bargaining unit employee. The stealing goes up the latter not down. Although we are unfamiliar with the new supervisors that Orfie and Pat Mosley have hired off the street without posting inhouse. Also found out they are posting on Monster.com rather than local papers. Is that tax payer money they are using?
Doing such a thing is just another example of how they feel of their long time employees that have the hands on experience and years in the office.
In reference to efficiency, what a joke. Iris hired her nail technician's husband at $8,000.00 more per year than the starting pay who had no experience (a bargaining unit position that is non-negotiable). How is that being efficient? That is just one example of the Clerk's favortism that has been shown along with the recently hired friends and few family members that his admin has hired as supervisors. Wonder what pay they started at? Howie I know your busy politicking are you aware of what they are doing? The employees are.
So before you start comming down on employees attitudes you need to take a look at yourselves. Show some respect and appreciation to your online employees.
