And no charges are going to be filed against this BSO deputy? So Now I guess it's okay to perjure yourself if you're an officer? Talk about a double standard of justice. Let's talk about getting some defendants some help from a system that employs this type of justice.

Perjury and Double Standard of Justice?? Perjury happens every single day at that court house and no charges are ever filed... Its how people get off half the time.
And that Deputy needs to be charged, demoted (or fired), and sent to mental health counseling.... Anything short of that shows sao, bso arent doing their jobs
Are you all that naive? Nothing will happen to that BSO officer- there is a double standard- Police officers and state attorneys are perfect- they can do no wrong- don't you know that
great article on Jaco. I can recall listening to Jaco live at clubs throughout south florida. He performed at the musicians exchange many years ago before they moved and then moved back to their old venue. My teacher and I would run into him at the AMI music store. he was a great player. We are lucky in south florida to also have the U.M. Jazz Band. The 3rd band is as good as any 1st college jazz band anywhere else in the world.
The Peter Graves Orchestra played for all of the acts at the now defunct sunrise musical theatre. It is now a religous venue. Last act to perform at the SMT was Barry Manilow. Terrible Concert.

from everything i have read and heard salesman should be charged with aggravated assault and face a 3 year min man. I can't wait to see the video. there might be lotsa splainin to do.
