She should be removed. She doesn't have a clue. The way she acted and how all felt whether state, cops, defense, litigants, clerks that had to deal with her. Smart people don't behave as she once did, they don't treat others as she did. And if you ain't smart, you can't be a judge.
Well, at least the JAAB elites are acknowledging their snobbery. I guess that Billy-boy won't be hanging out at the trial and reporting since that is below his California law school training.
What the hell will he be doing that is so important anyway -- checking the other courtrooms (besides 347) for continuous usage?
JQC PROSECUTOR: You working this one hard? I heard none of your witnesses got subs? Is that straight? What if they are in other courtrooms during the hearing? How come you didn't even talk to some of your star witnesses for prep until last Friday? How come others don't even know what's up with the hearing? WHAT'S THE DEAL?
The guy has solid evidence of her "impatient, arrogant" attitude - I pray to Aleman's god(s) that he succeeds in getting her reprimanded.
That'll be the slap in the face that

Shouldn't, not can't. Aleman may be an extreme example, but obviously it's possible (both physically and legal) to be a stupid judge, just not desirable. Isn't much of the bench already proof of that?
