KATZ CHARGE DROPPED
David Bogenschutz was sent a fax yesterday by the JQC Special Counsel, informing him that the Adam Katz jailing matter would not be pursued. The announcement was made prior to the hearing this morning. Special Counsel for the JQC had no comment as to the reasons behind the decision.

I can see the future. Upon the acquittal of Judge Aleman of all charges, the civil bar pressures Judge Tobin to get her out of civil, and she is dumped back in a criminal division.
This prediction is unfortunate, but likely to occur. Think about it. The civil bar can't stand Aleman not because she is pro-Plaintiff or pro-Defendant, but because she is horrifically inefficient and impossible to get hearings in front of. The civil bar has the money and influence to get a judge moved out of civil.
So where can CJ Vic and First Lady DD send Cheryl?
You can't send her to dependency (G-d Forbid!!).
You can't send her to delinquency (Parents would be taken into custody regularly for the "sins" of their children, I would predict).
You can't send her to Felony Mental Health Court or Drug Court (too funny to even comment further).
So what's left? The area where the public won't have much of an outcry of the litigants get hurt.....criminal court.
So Gottlieb, Perlman, Raticoff, Conway, Gelin, et al.....Get your Motions to Disqualify Ready......Because SHE'S COMING BACK TO PLAY!!!!
