The Wizard makes the following predictions --

    1. Aleman receives a reprimand on the Raticoff/Perlman and an acquittal on the Gottlieb matter. Regardless of the fact that Bogey ripped the prosecution witnesses new A-holes, the JQC knows that if they don't find her guilty on at least one charge, she can try to recoup what I expect is at least $75k in Legal Fees from the State.

    2. Within 72 hours of the decision being rendered in the Aleman case, the Florida Bar will find probable cause in the case of The Florida Bar vs. Sean Conway and proceed with formal charges against him.

In a shocking turn of events, two of the panel members, Cardillo and Morales, did not appear for the proceedings today.

Unconfirmed reports indicate that late last night, they were taken into custody by Immigration and Nationalization Services offices upon receipt of an "anonymous tip" that they were in the country illegally.

Calls to the Krome Detention Center have as of yet gone unanswered.

The reason for their detention is unknown, as both are in fact US Citizens.

Most of the individuals in the gallery at the Aleman trial are shocked and amazed at this turn of events. However, after this news was announced to the spectators, one short white male wearing cowboy boots monogrammed "ADJ" started giggling like a 9-year old girl and skipped out of the courtroom.

We are trying to gather more information as to who this man is and why he would be laughing about 2 esteemed JQC Panel Members being taken into custody by INS.

    More information to come.
