Two men accused of raping a woman on Hollywood beach last year have been found guilty by a Broward jury.
Cesar Amador and Hever Ramos, both 22, were each found guilty Wednesday of two counts of sexual battery and one count of attempted sexual battery.
Broward Circuit Judge Eileen O'Connor will sentence them Jan. 18. They each could get up to 65 years in prison.
A third man accused in the attack, Armando Moncadaramos, is awaiting trial on the same charges.
They should never have been here. Now how much have we spent on their incarceration, how much did we spend on their trial, how much will we continue to spend on their future incarceration and what did it cost the victim.
They all have immigration holds.

Officer Will Seuis a motorcycle patrolman in Oakland, California, was killed on his ride home by an illegal alien. Fortunately some witnesses on the highway immediately phoned 911 and the accused hit-and-run driver, Carlos Mares, was quickly caught. Mares was driving his truck with a commercial load.
A sixteen-year veteran of the Police Department, Officer Seuis was remembered at his funeral as a hard-working cop who had received 33 letters of appreciation from citizens, including one from a motorist he had ticketed. He had been in traffic enforcement since 1998, and was a member of the department's 20-member precision motorcycle drill team. Seuis left a wife, Michelle, and two daughters.
The accused killer has a history of traffic convictions. It's curious that illegal alien Mares has his own business, Mares Trucking.
the judge handling the prior convictions should have asked if he was legal, if not, INS should have been notified. a policeman's life could have been saved.

I am sorry Client it was very frustrating having to actually practice law due to the recent blister injuries I suffered after being in 850 for 3 days. I compare my injuries to that of Josh Beckett in the World Series and like him I played through it and did my VOP.

I was disappointed you did not grant my Motion for Continuance as you are aware of my duties as protector of the Public Trust. I had to report from 850 most of last week. Do you not remember that I quit JAAB for you. That I said you were a good guy. Yes, I came back to the blog and left up the Levenson 2 Steop Honk Meter but that was JAAB's fault not mine.
As for my client, sadly as you spend the holidays incarcerated. Forever know that I believe you were unjustly prosecuted despite robbing a nun in front of her 3rd grade class. You were the product of a system that could only make you a failure. Always know I will continue to blog about you and all my clients that go to Jail every week until things change or until Marshall fires me like he did Craig.
