Gardiner screwed up yet anothe trial and screwed up a defendant to help out Mike Satz and the gang, and the 4th reversed her again--how rare but appropriate--she's a criminal in the black robe--she reallt needs to go to prison but Satz and Co.rotect her like Fernabdez-Rundel protect criminal public officials and her son in Dade.
What do these 2 have in common?
Female, Hispanic; lawyers embarrassing public official breaching their sworn and ficuciary duties the lsit goes on--what disgraces to each category they are

You don't understand. Gardiner says we don't have enough courtrooms or closets. Is that the way it went?
How hard would it be to do a study of appellate records over the last 10 years? Is this already compiled by the State somewhere? If I had to guess it's probably Gardiner who has the worst track record. She was trying more cases than anyone for a while it's true. However some of those opinions from the 4th highligted some godawful mistakes that seemed to appear with alarming regularity.
The 4th must wonder if these people know anything at all.

It is also true that the 4th and particularly Shahood really covered up or Gardiner criminal judicial conduct and some"godawful deliberate breaches of ethics, CAnons, R. Jud. Admin and Rule of Court and App. P. taht were clearly and knowingly "beyond accident, mistake or inadvertence" thaat the 4th refused to reverse or hold her accountable--even for her direct and deliberate perjury in her opinions.
it was a pi client that sued myself, the fl bar and two other lawyers which was dismissed, two times.
