law enforcement needs to regain the respect it USED to have [ though I admit those times were BEFORE the war on drugs, BEFORE they had to bend (and sometimes break) the 4th amendment more often than they did in those 'times'?]
it's certainly pissing off more people to hear of this behavior by our county's alleged finest. And to say 'no findings' as to the profanity and abusive language? WTF?! I bet if the lock hadn't been all f*cked up, they would've also thrown that out, too! those assholes.

HEY - BROWARD COPS!!! Help 'weed out' the rotten ones. NOW. That is a command from the community - we cannot do it (they WILL attack and harm us).
You CAN and MUST do it.
So, instead of keeping silent when this sh*t happens ["the blue code" crap or whatever you call it when cops suddenly become idiots in the face of truth], or telling everyone "hey the FBI is investig. us!" like that jackass did down in Hollywood, here's a better idea to regain the respect you deserve: help law enforcement get its respect and credibility back by exposing those rotten and crappy cops and by NOT backing them on their lies when you KNOW an illegal search occurred, for example, or when someone was wrongly f*cked with, OK?!

We've got cops in this town with real attitudes. Only people like Val and Cathy Achilles will hold their feet to the fire in hopes of changing the environment. Good for you Val. You're a great example of what citizens mean when they want to take back the streets of our communities from these people. These charges should never have been filed. Only in Broward does this type of behavior manifest itself to such an extent. Then we have the cops in judicial robes!
I HAVE HAD THE UNFORTUNATE, OR FORTUNATE, DEPENDING ON ONES POINT OF VIEW, OF HAVING SEVERAL CASES WITH DETECTIVE JASON MALDONATO. THE COMMON DENOMINATOR IN ALL WARRANTLESS HOME SEARCHES IS FREE AND VOLUNTARY "CONSENT" BY ALL THREE CLIENTS. MALDONATO HAS TO BE ONE OF THE MOST FORTUNATE STREET LEVEL CRIME FIGHTERS(LOL) IN THE COUNTY. I MEAN, THIS GUY HAS NEVER ENCOUNTERED A CIVILIAN WHO HAS REFUSED HIS REQUEST FOR A CONSENT SEARCH OF THE HOME. I GOT THIS RESPECTABLE CRIME FIGHTER, UNDER OATH TESTIFYING THAT HE HAS NEVER HAD AN I.A. COMPLAINT IN HIS ENTIRE CAREER. RECORDS, HOWEVER REFLECT, AT THE TIME OF HIS SWORN TESTIMONY HE WAS ONLY OFF BY 6!! YOU KNOW WHAT REALLY TAKES THE CAKE?.......THIS GENTLEMAN OF AN OFFICER, WHOSE CRIME SCENES ARE ALWAYS LIGHTER AFTER HE LEAVES IN TERMS OF JEWELRY, CASH AND OTHER VALUABLE GOODS. BUT FEAR NOT......HE WAS DISCIPLINED BY I.A. FOR HIS TOO MANY TOO MENTION TRANSGRESSIONS INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO EXCESSIVE FORCE COMPLAINTS WARRANTLESS, NON-CONSENSUAL ENTRIES, AND PHYSICAL ABUSE. HE WAS PUNISHED WITH AN 8 HOUR SUSPENSION....ISNT IT GREAT TO KNOW THAT THERE IS JUSTICE?
