I'm shocked that Howard hasn't submitted his papers to run for reelection for PD as of yet.
I guess he's too embarassed to file early since he knows he won't be able to raise money from anyone and would have to show his lack of fundraising on his quarterly report.
It's not like he can raise money from his APDs anymore. He's barely paying the few that have stayed at the office enough to cover their gas bills to run to the jails to visit clients over the weekend and everyone in the office but his half-dozen "yes men" (especially the Chief Yes-Man Cathy).
God knows the ones that ran from the office won't give him a nickel and he's alienated everyone else in the legal community.
Maybe he can use the illegal salaries from Channel 7 and American Heritage to fund the campaign.
If anyone needs an opponent, its the pony-tailed midget.

i highly doubt the person that wrote the original comment was who you guys refer to as "rat boy." I mean, little persons would never refer to each other as midgets.
