The state is seeking to chop 10% of the operating funds of the Justice System needed by Public Defenders and State Attorneys across the State. The cuts will impact the entire court system. A letter was sent out requesting a response from the department heads. Here is Howard Finkelstein's reply.

Fred Lewis, that Florida Supreme Court Chief Justice guy said this in a Sun-Sentinel article onm 3/24/08
"When you ask a branch to commit suicide, it cannot," he told the committee. "It may be murdered by others."
He actually called the Judiciary a "branch" meaning a "branch of government" based on separation of powers in the state of Florida
It appears that not only does "Jack don't know jack," but similarly, Fred don't know jack either.
Imagine the nerve of the Lewis guy to say something that makes Jack son't know Jack again appear stupid. What kind of Bar complaint would Jack don't know Jack be prosecuted for, for saying "Fred don't know Jack" Pray tell -who are you really? That's why you remain an anonymass and try to defer youe cowardice by projection onto others.

Therein lies the real problem. The JQC ignores and even buries complaints about this conduct by claiming it is an issue for the courts to decide, defacating out their responsibility to see the actions as Conduct under the Canons totally irrelvant to any court decision that approves the Conduct as as harmless. That does not change the fact that the Conduct in and of itself violated teh Canons that they are to support. There are things goi9ng on right now that not only implicate are official complaints of the JQC's breach of suty as the Florida constitution provides, but the governmental agencies charged with investigating those complaints about the JQC breaching its duty and thereby colluding with it and colluding and condoning the unCanon conduct as also colluding and protefting the criminal conduct of the judges complained about and proven, declare is not a violation of the Canons or law that specifically define the specific conduct as violative of. That would be Nathan Bond, the Exec Dir of the House Committee on Courts and Rep. Dennis Ross who has, with Hitlerian fervor and sociopathology, declared He is the decider and violation of the constitution and the rights of citizens id the purvies of the Courts and judges as well as "Public Policy" in Florida to permit it by the legislative "balancing" branch of government, via Villalobos, because , as the piece of work declared as "JackDon'tKnowJack" and "FredDon'tKnowJack either" declared that separation of powers is a federal concept inapplicable to Florida as a state.
And it goes further, to the legal department of Governor Crist's office who is bullshitting Florida by spending public funds to Blab in TV ads that he is trying to open state government and stop corruption and restore integrity and trust of government, when his own staff is covering it up behind the scenes, as Crist did as AG under Bush, to sabotage any real efforts to lodge legitimate complaints that provide proof.
i'm aware of the severe corruption, even the fl bar i have given written proof of attorney marilyn lindsey lying and breaking orders of a judge, the email she put on the internet of judge ross raping her repeatedly, her law partner and her wrking the same case on diff sides, and a few other complaints--they refuse to investigate, how can anyone get justice. how do we join forces to stop this machine
