All of us criminal defense attorneys who have seen the real world around here need to step up for Ed. There are too many minorities (yes hispanics as well) that are being railroaded to jail around here. When prison time is a good offer on a DWLS enough is enough. While Satz may be unstoppable for now, good candidates like Bober and Salantrie need to get out there and make the public aware of how the minorities are being railroaded by the Judges and State. If the public sees this they will send a message to the Judges in August and Mike Satz next time his is up for reelection.

It's like the closing days of WWII when the NAZIs held up in bunkers as the Russians rolled into Berlin. They've been left no other recourse but to hide hoping the storm will pass. They're now paying the price for "THE SINS OF THE FATHER". Dale's political machine has at last been trumped by its own arrogance. Broward owes a debt of gratitude to Kulick and all the judicial opponents for their strong showing against what's been well known over the years (as well as the reasons why) to have caused so much pain and controversy surrounding the judiciary of this circuit. I sincerely hope what is good will triumph over what's been a total miscarriage of conscience and duty over the rein of judicial tyranny that has existed for a long time. We must all show our support as Broward's Judiciary is retaken from these people and reshaped into a judiciary we can all be proud of once again.

Congrats ADJ. I thought you couldn't get any lower than making inappropriate comments about a good man's terminal illness, but some great analogies in your post have taken the cake.
Of course, Dale Ross and his admins are just like NAZIs. Like Ross or not, that comparison is offensive and disgusting. And on Passover too.
You should be ashamed, but then again, shame requires a conscience, which you so clearly lack.
I have never called for a post to be censored or moderated on this blog with the exception of the one mocking Judge Zeidwig's cancer, which was also posted by the same person that posted 7:58am this morning.
But I'm sorry -- Nazi comparisons on Passover are beyond the pale, and 7:58 should be removed (as should mine once that one is taken down).
Enjoy your Seder ADJ and maybe some part of the holiness of the day will rub off on you and make you realize what you just did was unconscionable.
