This Friday, May 23, 2008 12 noon-4 pm--at our law office 629 SE 5th Ave, there will be a fundraiser For Pedro Dijols. All are welcome to attend. There will be food and refreshments served. Any questions please call me.

Pedro Needs to Go! Where did all the money he makes as a Judge go????? He can't pay for his own campaign like everyone else, come on! Pedro Needs to GO, like all the rest of the OLD Guard, Including Greenhawt! Start New and Gain back the Respect that the OLD Guard LOST, with their Leader at the helm, who was forced out and is now finally gone! Broward is the Laughing stock of the ENTIRE United States Judicial System! Lack of Integrity, Lack of Morals, Lack of Sensitivity, Lack of Common Sense, the list goes on....Get rid of the OLD Guard and bring in the new, it is TIME! No more Humiliation in Broward County!

Does anyone except Pedro's mother think he was actually intellectually qualified to be a judge? Come on... tell the truth. He was appointed because the system needed some latin/black/asian eskimo/veteran/mental defective/ whatever... affirmative action hire. You know it... I know it. When they are a state attornet they are ball busters- but when they are defense lawyers and need to get $ or the monthly nut they are defense lawyers. Makes me physically sick. Pure and simple. Pedro never was a PD, never had the feel of defens work. Just a bottom feeder for SPD shit. You know. Oh yea, I would call Pedro if I had a legal issue. Am I a shil or Bernie?... no. I love Bernie..wouldn't hurt a fly. But Bernie has no business being a judge. Nice guy..... compassionate..judge...no. No murder 1, no civil, ? Huh? A JUDGE? STOP IT!! He is Jewish and Cuban, that's what makes him electable. Terrible. We elect people in this country and county and state based on their sexual organs, color and religion and war service, their political conectios. Every once in awhile we get it right and elect-appoint people who are OUTSTANDING in the profession. That's not Pedro and its not Mardi whatever her name is today. Be honest... we have created an affirmative action diversity mind-set that has put allot of unqualified people in positions of power. Allot of misfits white males too, don't get me wrong. God help us all.........

If he put in for County, but was appointed to Circuit, why doesn't someone challenge his Commission? It can't be valid.

Affirmative action was devised as a legal mechanism to establish a level playing field to allow minorities a opportunity to equally COMPETE. Over the last 40 yeras liberals have changed the legal analysis into equal RESULT. You have no RIGHT as a black/asian/mental defective/veteran/women/eskimo/ to EQUAL result. Is his salary deductible as a charitable contribution? Every time I go in that courtroom the bench is occupied by another (allbeit far better) Judge! Isn't it double dipping to get my money from Tallahassee and ask for it again directly from my checking account? Vic is dipping into Dale's playbook!
