zzzzzzzzzzzz What the f--k??? Is everybody out campaigning for Finkelstein. Come on there's a lot of sh-- going on the courthouse you guys aren't reporting. E.g. Raag Singhal is trying to figure out a way to substitute for HMH. Dudes, come on where are the rumors? It's all about the rumors. You guys suck. This blog sucks. It's great to see Finkelstein have to work to become PD. He has no one to blame but himself and JAAB.
Root out the Problem Raag? Repair it Raag? Secure it Singhal? He's just mad because the PD wouldn't hire him when Article 5 hit.

It is amazing that even with Ostrow's setback the race is still considered dead even for November, because those in the know, know that Howard still suffers with his devils, and we all know what that is, we are all waiting for howard to self destruct, and the word is in the building it is coming soon, howard just can't hide his warts, Ostrow everybody seems to like, he is honorable, he addresses his issues head on and has a good soul whereas howard is just an evil and angry individual and everyone around him knows it and they really can't stand working for him. The money is still on Ostrow for November look for an upset, it is still going to happen.

What is good for the goose is good for the gander, this blog was a brainchild of FInkelstein they say and now it is like a pac man even consuming him, it is astonishing but not surprising that there is such a ground swell and total distrust for a supposedly recovering or is he recovering drug addict (howie) how can one person be so hateful where he tries to injure individuals and there families, and then he says they are attacking me personally and my family he is such a joke. Through the FCC and the Florida Ethics commission he should be removed from channel 7.The show may in the future be called help me Alex
Sore losers can't do anything else but bang away at Finkelstein, but the thing is he's trying his best, and doing a great job, helping to clean up the detritus that has become the Broward Judiciary.
Hats off to Finkelstein for being one of the few that hasn't fallen victim to the all too familiar scenario of butt kissing judges that has brought dishonor to our profession and disgrace to the bench.
All the little losers that have no practice because they can't play the game the way they used to are all angry at Howard because they can't seem to accept the inevitable consequences of their own actions and pin their hopes on another big loser by the name of Arreazza. He's not going anywhere real soon either.
The funny thing is, the same whiners won't give anything to support their champion anyway, they'll just continue to cry about Finkelstein.
Keep up the good work Howard because you are ten times the man of some of these whiners. It's your position for life if you want it and I can't think of how bad this place would be if you weren't the PD. Thank you for your continued help in trying to bring integrity back to Broward County. It's coming and they just can't take it. Let them whine. Their day has passed. It's your day. Rumor has it Arreazza took out a home lone of 50 K. to throw himself into a race for PD that he's standing completely alone on with the porkers that put him up to it running for cover and not returning his phone calls. The only person he's fooling is himself, but it won't last long. He's considering pulling out I've heard. Maybe he and Ostrow can get together and form a new strategy. You know, one that comports to some form of reality. See ya in the soup line. Just a reminder: They don't serve blow to wayward politicos doing the dirty work of those that put them up to it. I saw a Howes for judge sign in front of Arreaza's office but no Arreaza for PD sign. What gives? You have to spend money to make money.....
we will see if ana calls it like it is--she has a case where she already called the prosecutor a liar now lets see if she will tell the cops they are liars and throw the case out.

Here's how I see it:
1. Ostrow is a cokehead
2. Arreaza is delusional
3. HMH will win easily, though he does have many enemies.
4. HMH is afraid to go after Gardiner (i.e. JQC complaint) Why I don't know; Gardiner hasn't seen an canon of judicial ethics she likes.
5. All Jaabers are very busy campaigning for HMH and have no time to bash the 3 hispanic judges facing opponenets
6. All 3 hispanic incumbent judges will win, easily
7. Who side is Mike Satz on? Both HMH and Arreaza, though he may be booting Arreaza of his host committee list. From practical point Satzy knows HMH will win, easily
8. Norman has follow up on some of the Judging Ana players, there is so much more to that story (you can write a novel)
9. Raag Singhal wishes he had run against HMH
10. Jay Hurley will not make it out of committee. Hurley is in the anti-HMH camp
11. Alex Lambidis is ready to testi-lie that Ostrow's coke was his.
12. JAAB is not what it used to be--- Jaabs not having fun now that one of theirs is being attacked

When I last looked at the job description for Public defender isn't suppose to represent the indigent defendants when did unholy howard decide to create a new job self annointed cleanser. All he does when it all said and done is create bad relationships between the judiciary and the public defenders whereby he is just injuring those that he represents. He is just really a poinsonous villain, you watch Alex, he will WIN, keep an eye on Alex, he will gain all those who know little howie for what he is, he will pull off an upset in the Democratic primary, like Jim Howard beat Navarro in the republican party. Why is it so surprising that howie received opposition, people sense a void in the office and that is why the candidates appeared. When you look at the roll call the vast majority of the judges went unopposed and the state atty, satz unopposed, people just smell rotten fish with howie. His hours, his rudeness towards his employees, and his poor relationship with the other agencies in the criminal justice system. They are all crying out for a change, the want Alex and Alex can feel the ground swell, go Alex go!

As a current PD I can say that there is some merit to the argument that HMH could be nicer to his enployees. He could stand by his PD's. I agree that ...
His hours, his rudeness towards his employees, and his poor relationship with the other agencies in the criminal justice system leaves a lot to be desired.
BUT no one and I repeat NO ONE wants ALEX. THAT IS A JOKE!!!!
Arreaza beating Howard is wishful thinking on the part of the Howard-haters, basically the courthouse bunch. The public at large loves Howard. He will win by a landslide.
I'm not a Howaard fan, just a realist.
I don't think Raag has any plans to run for PD. If he was going to run for anything, he would have run for Judge. He would be good, but he'll never get appointed or elected to anything in this County. Look at Amendment 1 in this year's vote. It's to repeal an old law that keeps Asians from owning property in Florida. They are not exactly going to appoint an Asian with that kind of thinking.
1. Repeal "Alien Land" Law
Would delete from the state Constitution language allowing the Legislature to regulate or prohibit property ownership by aliens ineligible for citizenship. From 1862 to 1965, more than a dozen states passed laws restricting Asian immigrants from owning property. Most states did away with the laws, but Florida has yet to do so.
Alex is F'ing clueless on the campaign trail. Anyone that has heard him talk about "why I want to be PD" knows that he is a bad joke.
So far, Alex has had to give the following speeches:
(1) Why I want to be a judge.
(2) Why I want to be Vice-Chair of the Republican Party of Broward County.
(3) Why I want to be a school board member.
and now his (4) Why I want to be PD....
If you add up all the votes he's ever gotten, it wouldn't be enough to have won ONE of the various positions he has sought in the past.
He's a sad joke on his best day, and a cruel prank on others.
Alex couldn't come close to filling HMH's shoes (even though they are very very tiny).
Don't embarass your family any more than you are already doing. Call it a day Alex.
Sounds like the people from the public defenders office, anyone can fill howie shoes. Is it true howie only makes $30,000 a year to do help me howie, some star what a joke. Shows he just wants to be seen, and nothing you say can scare Alex or Ostrow.
