Seems the powers that be have had it with the blog and have set it up to prevent access from public computers(and who knows from where else).
We're told the county-wide Office of Information Technology (OIT) is responsible for the maintenance of all county computers, but we're sure Big Brother himself resides somewhere in the dark passages of the Courthouse.
And just when this blog was getting boring ........ they hand us a juicy 1st Amendment plum.

I heard that Arreaza filed not one but several complaints with different offices this week. Did he cause this? I agree, the stress and heat at the PD's office is ridiculous. Is Howie to blame?
Who do the JAABers really think they're fooling, trying to make people believe they are champions of justice for the masses? When was the last time any JAABer took a case pro bono? Even went into any of these communities in Fort Lauderdale or Broward to offer free legal clinics? What about the list of community service hours? We have yet to see any of you come out of your ivory towers and actually do anything meaningful. Just let us know when we're getting a refund on the $20 "dues" we gave, all in the name of "justice". Give me a break.
Hopefully, this will mean the Jacks will stop posting 100 times a day.
It is being said that One supervisor in the public defenders office is prepared to tell all when the agency swears in under oath the supervisors most of them have 30 years in, they are now saying they do not want to take a fall they do not want to lie under oath, because they have been told by howard to help him with the show, so they have no jeopardy with that, no criminal wrongdoing but if they try to cover up they know that is where the crime lies, they will fold like a house of cards.

Where is their reporting of the wrongdoing taking place in the Public Defender's office 1. someone running for office ie public defender should not also be on channel 7 that should be an fcc investigation. 2. there should be a criminal investigation into finkelstein if he is using his employees on state time to help him with the show and place them under oath this is just wrong 3. the florida ethics comm. where is the inquiry concerning that he is a full time public defender and has no right to hold another job. That is why the Sun Sentinel and the Miami Herald circulation goes down because they are part of the overall problem not the solution, they have their agenda and they are paying howard back for all the sleaze he has given them in the past.

I heard one of the APD's in the office call Arreaza this morning and set up a meeting. I think it's this evening. Wow. This is getting real interesting.

There is a rumor that howard has self destructed he is missing in action, his own employees are wondering where he is? He is not coming to work, why doesn't the newspaper follow him do they owe him so much? They tried to hide the fact of the high turn over and low moral that it is a statewide the turnover in the pd's office, but it is just not true, why don't they interview the public defenders that have left the office and the present apd they overwhelmingly dislike the leadership with finkelstein, with all the fun poked at schreiber at least the public defenders enjoyed working for him. This public defender finkelstein is absent and disliked.

I heard they are sending out trucks to monitor the internet activity of court administration workers from their homes. These trucks can monitor DSL, wireless, and cable lines from the street and tell if anyone is on the blog. They want the leaks stopped so judges can get back to pulling their pants down in public while drunk, having sex with anyone they please, making racist comments from the bench, going on trips paid for by lawyers they gave cases to, and the rest of their god given rights.
don't forget threatening other judges...

I saw them installing jamming equipment on the roof. The days of sending texts from your handheld in court are over.
I think it is finkelstein and his supervisors that are going to be humiliated, heard there is definitely going to be an investigation into finkelstein using his employees to do the help me howard research, and under subpoena they are willing to testify to this. The sea will not be parting to much longer or maybe it is in your mind. Michaelson it isn't only you finkelstein used to do the research, so you better be careful not to be willing to risk that pension. Don't feel sorry for Alex it looks like he may be our new public defender. Finally a nice and fair guy. Oh I guess the old guard will be chuckling at howard's expense pretty soon. Can't wait to laugh! Heard finkelstein doesn't like to spend too much time at the office.
Media sources have been so quick to crucify Ostrow three front page Metro's, consecutively yet not a peep about their boy HF,breakin all the rules!! Fasiczm is an understatement!! The blog administrators are not blameless either and anyone who believes in Karma sees where this is going.....Ostrow's issue.......personal and rather insignificant when compared to the misuse of public funds and public defender personnel for personal and political gain advanced in a threatening manner by the little man himself...why would the public in the know tolerate such abuse? And I don't get it why the Gardiner story was buried by the press? The worst allegations ever with this motley bunch and the whole thing is ignored? I smell a fix. After all, if they report this it can't be buried and a 1000 defendants will have their cases reopened. That's not good for the imprison the poor business.
