CENSORSHIP BY BROWARD COUNTY

                ATTENTION
Access to this web page is restricted

If you happen to be in the Broward County Public Law Library (basement of the downtown Courthouse) and want to access JAABLOG from one of the free computers, forget about it.  JAABLOG has been restricted.

Seems the powers that be have had it with the blog and have set it up to prevent access from public computers(and who knows from where else).

We're told the county-wide Office of Information Technology (OIT) is responsible for the maintenance of all county computers, but we're sure Big Brother himself resides somewhere in the dark passages of the Courthouse.

And just when this blog was getting boring ........  they hand us a juicy 1st Amendment plum.

What did you think of this article?

Oops, my bad, poor people don't have computers or internet access at home to read about the people judging them.

Maybe Finkelstein is upset with all the heat (negative) that he is getting from the blog. Too many complaints being filed against you. Remember, they say Michaelson is doing help me howard's research, and plenty of people know about it, seeing how michaelson loved to brag about it. Maybe they could also talk to lee sipper. Is everyone going to lie for howard and michaelson, I don't think so, wait till the outside lawyers start talking. We hear the heat is on big time in the public defender's office.

I'm so pissed off, I could hit someone. Preferably smaller than me and female.

Who do the JAABers really think they're fooling, trying to make people believe they are champions of justice for the masses? When was the last time any JAABer took a case pro bono? Even went into any of these communities in Fort Lauderdale or Broward to offer free legal clinics? What about the list of community service hours? We have yet to see any of you come out of your ivory towers and actually do anything meaningful. Just let us know when we're getting a refund on the $20 "dues" we gave, all in the name of "justice". Give me a break.

The Sun Sentinel and the Miami Herald the news reporters that Howard gives gossip and inuendos to refuses to have any integrity. Where is their reporting of the wrongdoing taking place in the Public Defender's office 1. someone running for office ie public defender should not also be on channel 7 that should be an fcc investigation. 2. there should be a criminal investigation into finkelstein if he is using his employees on state time to help him with the show and place them under oath this is just wrong 3. the florida ethics comm. where is the inquiry concerning that he is a full time public defender and has no right to hold another job. That is why the Sun Sentinel and the Miami Herald circulation goes down because they are part of the overall problem not the solution, they have their agenda and they are paying howard back for all the sleaze he has given them in the past.

There is a rumor that howard has self destructed he is missing in action, his own employees are wondering where he is? He is not coming to work, why doesn't the newspaper follow him do they owe him so much? They tried to hide the fact of the high turn over and low moral that it is a statewide the turnover in the pd's office, but it is just not true, why don't they interview the public defenders that have left the office and the present apd they overwhelmingly dislike the leadership with finkelstein, with all the fun poked at schreiber at least the public defenders enjoyed working for him. This public defender finkelstein is absent and disliked.

Michaelson it isn't only you finkelstein used to do the research, so you better be careful not to be willing to risk that pension. Don't feel sorry for Alex it looks like he may be our new public defender. Finally a nice and fair guy. Oh I guess the old guard will be chuckling at howard's expense pretty soon. Can't wait to laugh! Heard finkelstein doesn't like to spend too much time at the office.

And I don't get it why the Gardiner story was buried by the press? The worst allegations ever with this motley bunch and the whole thing is ignored? I smell a fix. After all, if they report this it can't be buried and a 1000 defendants will have their cases reopened. That's not good for the imprison the poor business. So I guess it makes sense, even if it's wrong.

Which reminds me. A judge in a half-back state is about to get his arse kicked for issuing a "prior restraint" gag order against a political blog. Before the court of appeals and hopefully before the Judicial Qualifications Commission. And in an adjoining state a judge went to prison for violation of civil rights under color of law. Our forebears fought a revolution to rid us of despots and aristocrats.

Not everybody liked working for Fat Al. You liked working for him if you were young, beautiful, had nice t, were Eastern European, had allot of money. You enjoyed working for him if you were one of his favorites, a Miami Dolphin cheerleader, semi-pro golfer, or tennis player. If you didn't rock the boat you were O.K. You really liked working for him if you left and he flipped you 10-20-30 cases at $700.00 each. You really liked working for jerk off if he was throwing you spd work at $70,000.00 and doing nothing. You loved him if your brother was a Dolphin sports agent making a billion a year and you were in Joyce Julian's division. Al was part of the problem dude. Howard came in and put the CLIENT first and that got everyone's panties in a bunch, especially these prima donna judges, the lawyers in the office and especially the private lawyers who lost money to the ERU unit. Howard's name is not "anonymous", he takes the glory or the hits everyday. Fat Al was an a. If you were old or sick...screw you. Ask a guy named Hittleman. No... not everyone liked Al, many of us put up with him because we liked defense work and didn't want to run after clients for money. Big Al was all talk. Every time one of these loser left wing jackoff liberals ran he had his hand in your pocket. Hold a sign here, donate money there. He'd give you a raise and then you had to contribute to Miriam, Lawton, Gramah, Gore, Butterworth, McCay was 1/2 of one percent of your salary and worst of all..... Hugh Rodham. Huge's sister is none other than that broom rider b Swillery. Don't tell Al you were a Republican.... Out you go !!!!!!!!!!!!!! All losers... liberal democrats. He had Friday meetings were he would scorn Christians trying to save the lives of unborn babies. Christians were stupid. He hired his buddies to lecture us on pscycho-mumbo jumbo. It was a joke. It all cost money my friend. Al doesn't even live here anymore. Left before the subpoenas started flying. First smart thing he did.
Al came to work around ten in the morning, bummed cigarettes form us, and split to lunch about 11:30 A.M. using my campaign contribution and had a good ole time on Los Olas Blvd. He'd take a half dozen of his favorites with him. At the end of the campaighn, and no one ran against him many times, you would about 5% back. You would throw literature at these hot as hell old people's condos and he buy you a chicken wing and a draft beer. Al never stayed in the office past 2 P.M. unless he had some politian kissing his a. A real worker !!! Al never worked one day in the 29 yeras I knew him. JOKE !!!! He had these meetings called the star chamber were he'd get you in there with his minions and piss on you. Al was a real treat. A real client's advocate. You don't know Fat Al.... he was no f good.
