JAABLOG RUMOR MILL

Shakeup in the Broward Criminal Courts?
We're hearing it may be musical chairs soon.
Some of the names in play: Holmes, Gardiner, Gates, C. Kaplan, Bidwill.
Tell us if we have it wrong, congratulate us if we have it right.
IT'S ALL ABOUT THE RUMORS, BABY!

http://www.msnbc.msn.com/id/24988125 You see, Broward's not that bad
see, this is how rumors get started.
I hear Gardiner has been appointed to run the new courthouse day care center. She's happy to do it so she can oogle the DILF's.
Destry
Where is the rumors they are going?
Hopefully:
Holmes to civil.
Bidwell to nowhere. He should remain right where he is at.
Gates to trial unit.
C. Kaplan to probate.
Gardiner to civil.
NOPE
A COLLUSIVE JUDGE PRATT. There is a new federal action as of May 28, 2008. Here is the web link: http://www.anti-nova-nsu.org/Federal.SD.Fla/Verified.Complaint.pdf Beginning at paragraph 79, the complaint accuses Judge Pratt of collusive activity with Ray Ferrero, Jr. Apparently Ferrero went to a special luncheon at Pratt’s members only club, BWOrg on March 11, 2008. That same day Pratt entered an order in a Nova Southeastern case and the order is quite questionable. Pratt is not named as a defendant but is accused of a “favors and friends” policy in rendering final judgment. Count 3 of the complaint does well to establish that Pratt should have at least recused herself from the state case. No word yet on any jqc action, but the plaintiff in that case appears to have set up a complaint that will force Ferrero to a jury trial on a nasty count of RICO conspiracy. Those kinds of conspiracies can be proved by circumstantial evidence and usually survive summary judgment, leaving a jury to beckon. I would not be surprised if the plaintiff deposed Judge Pratt. Hands on head and all.
ROTATE THE JUDGES AND BRING BACK INTEGRITY TO THE BENCH AND INTO LINE WITH OTHER JUDICIAL CIRCUITS IN THE STATE
If rumors are true the chief judge seems to be doing his job. Even if they are not true his is doing his job.
That website has a federal sentence calculation for Elaine Brenner. I looked up the statute and it has a 20 year minimum sentence. Does that mean that Ray could also get 20? This Pratt thing looks pretty bad. I discussed it with three people and each person agreed that Pratt should have removed herself from the state case. I will keep an eye on this plaintiff and his website www.anti-nova-nsu.org
Holmes to chief admin criminal.
Gardiner to civil.
Michael Kaplan to family.
Bidwill to ROC court.
Destry and Rebollo to criminal? What is Tuter's new job?
BINGO!
Tuter to Destry's DV, then to Moe's division when he retires.
Maybe someone should tell finkelstein how to run his office, doesn't seem like he is doing do good of a job. It sounds like he likes to use state employees on state time to help me howard work.
Maybe you should tell him if you're so determined, Bimbo.
Where does Gardiner go if Kaplan goes to family??
Oh Dale, what have you wrought? Why didn't you have the decency and foresight to start her at the satellite?
Rumor has it that Ellen Feld has told the public that she has "extensive" civil litigation experience.
Is Tutie upset that Ana got his spot?
Just looking at the new Pratt problem, I wonder if she will make it to end-term 2011. Nope! Just think about it: have lunch with the university president on the same day you deny the student's entire case. What a presumption of irregularity.
Destry to mental health
singer towbin criminal
Let me see if I have this right:
Tuter replaces Destry. Kaplan replaces Tuter (Does Kaplan get the promotion to head family?). Gardiner replaces Goldstein. Holmes replaces Gardiner as head of criminal (stays in trial division though). Destry replaces Towbin Singer who replaces Bidwell, who goes to ROC? Rebollo replaces Kaplan. Haury replaces Rebollo? Am I forgetting someone? What about Porter? And who's on first?
re moving gardiner - what took so long?
Leave J.LRP alone. She is allowed to have lunch and a good outing with the top university male employee the same day she rules on a major university case, even if she rules in favor of the university.
