Thanks for the info. Without this blog things would go back the way they used to be without judges being answerable for their actions. Keep them on the straight and narrow. We've seen what happened over the last twenty years with judicial corruption and the havoc it's wrought for the citizens of this county.
Broward isn't a trough where they can eat with immunity from one end of it to the other without question. I applaud all who contribute to cleaning up the mess that the Broward Judiciary has become.
Bring integrity back to our judiciary. Don't count on the media to help uncover the corruption. They are as much at fault for pandering to these bad judges all these years and allowing the bad to prosper in this present judicial environment of political favor trading.
We need more good people to exercise their right to challenge these monsters and bring honesty and integrity back to the bench.
There's a new day dawning for these politicos that think they can keep everything a secret as they plunder the resources of the state and private sector in the process.
Keep them answerable, keep them honest, keep them on their toes.
Rotate judges and bring Broward into line with other circuits of this state and bring integrity back to the people of this county.

Judge Aramony cannot make a decision. She makes up her own rules and then will not enforce them. It is impossible to get a timely hearing date. She seems incompetent and has asked her assistants legal advice while on the bench. She is way too lenient with pro se litigants. She is very clearly biased against women. She needs to be taken off the bench in Family Court ASAP.

This judge hates making decisions. While settlements are fine, she seems to force the litigants to settle by making it very hard to get hearing dates, and then interminable delays for a decision. This actually allows the intrangent unreasonable litigant to get far more than they could hope for, as the court tires the reasonable litigant who simply wants a fair result in a reasonable amount of time.

She does not belong in family court. She doesn't have a clue as to what is going on. She couldn't make a sensible decision if her life depended on it, let alone the life of a minor child. Try getting a date set in her courtroom.

This judge is inexcusable with her inability to make decisions. She is ridiculously late in taking her cases. She has been up to and beyond 4 hours behind on her docket. Her JA is rude and unorganized, she also seems vindictive. Judge Aramony knows the law but refuses to enforce it, and adds to statues when she sees fit, which makes her especially dangerous. She really looks like a fool when she leans back in her chair throws her hands up and says 'what do you guys want me to do, I have had a headache since yesterday' I have also notice that she will not look you in the eye when talking to you. She is a waste of space on the bench and needs to be replaced immediately.
