However, befor someone develops sympathy for this prosecutor who tried so hard for a conviction, understand this:
Anita White recently filed a Bar complaint against a defense attorney. That statement alone should be enough to 'cause pause'. However, guess what it was for: after she got her ass kicked in a VOP hrg., Anita filed a Bar complaint against the defense atty claiming "he made a masturbatory gesture" during pre-hrg negotiations.
Result? Atty says he was making a "roll the dice" movement and complaint was tossed out.
Just a heads up to anyone who ever has to deal with this Anita White person.

Why don't prosecutors get bar complaints from defense lawyers or judges when they proceed against motions to dismiss or to trial when they know they have no grounds or even witnesses?

Besides what does that have to do with the fact that the judge let this monster out? I dont think anyone is developing sympathy for the prosecutor- she was doing her job when she asked for life with no bond- I think people feel sympathy for the child he molested and his family.
Anita White happens to be one of the nicest people in the SA's office. If she filed a bar complaint, she must have had good reason other than just that the state didn't prevail in the case.
What kind of a judge would let someone like this out? I thought it was their job to protect society from this type of person?

I for one am glad this Sanchez got the heave ho. There wasn't a more rude, obnoxious and crude court deputy in the courthouse. And O'Connor encouraged his poor behavior. He needed to get the boot a long time ago. The wonder is why it took so long.
It was the Jenne, Gardiner, Sanchez axis why he was there so long in my opinion. Now Jenne's a jailbird, Gardiner could be removed if the allegations against her can be proven, and Sanchez is watching daytime TV with Spechler. What a difference a couple years makes. Maybe if the feds come back they can clean the rest of the mess up (since Satz sure doesn't care).

He had had so many complaints made against him for so long and the judges did nothing but encourage this freaks actions or so it seemed. It's hard to get rid of these parasites if they are former cops.

1) That happened in Thailand, not the US. Their laws are different than they are here.
2) The person who committed the crime was 19 years old, not underage.
3) In that picture of him demonstrating what happened, he seems awful clean. So did the government take him somewhere to clean him up, change clothes, then drive him back to the scene of the crime?
