Dear Mr. Richard:
Unless I hear from somebody at or with The Bar (that would include you, Barry) by noon Monday, August 11, that we are going to sit down to try to resolve the above, then I am going to amend a pending state action and name both The Bar and its prosecutor Barnaby Min in a libel action. I will reach the jury on at least that count.
As you know, Mr. Min went on a very public legal community blog, http://justicebuilding.blogspot.com/, and during my bar “trial” posted false and defamatory comments about me. The reaction at the site to Mr. Min’s libel was that I must be mentally ill. The desired impact of Mr. Min was thus achieved.
Further, you need to know that I just found out from an insider at The Bar that Mr. Bryk, one of my two Bar prosecutors, is apparently quite an activist on a particular issue that dovetailed nicely into Mr. Chaykin’s activism on the same issue, and it coalesced into a “get Jack Thompson at any cost” cabal.
This explains a great deal of the prosecutorial misconduct that Mr. Bryk visited upon me. The calculated decision by The Bar to put this rabid radical on my case is beyond dumb. It is criminally dumb.
Mr. Bryk took the lead at my trial, now not surprisingly, in misrepresenting case law and facts to Referee Tunis. You may think you can get away with this, but not in a libel action against The Bar and Mr. Min, wedded to other now pending causes of action. One of the happy consequences is that a subpoena will now reveal who “Rumpole” is.
Please advise within the above time table. Thanks so much. And thanks to The Bar insider who told me what I need to know and who is talking even more. Who said that dead men tell no tales?

everyone knows in advance when ex-judge jay spechler is within ten miles of the broward courthouse....... his body odor precedes him and seltzer comes out to share a squirt.
Now he's just getting some wear out of his Lamack tee shirt and trying to stare everyone down. Same old Sprinks. Why can't he get it? That old stare of his just doesn't work anymore. It may still work on A-Turd, but everyone knows A-Turd's a sucker for attention.
