Wouldn't it be perfect if Jenne was actually innocent? And the fbi/doj who put him there knew it? Only the top brass from fbi/doj covered it up to save face? So what if an innocent man is in jail, reputation ruined, family wrecked? At least its not 100s or 1000s or wrongfully convicted, right?

Jenne is not innocent. I read the US's factual basis for plea. Several large payments he received and the tax reporting problem; the free car paid for by his old law firm pals; lying to a federal officer (M.Stuart memory-lane). On and on and on. Guilty and that is why he so pled. 1 year in jail. All that crime and his release date is September 29, 2008. He is currently at the FDC in Miami, Florida.

FDC-Miami, that's a rough place to be. Ken must be losing weight. The FDC Miami diet, it's better than Atkins.

Leave it to the Fla. Bar to put an ex-con back to practicing law. As far as his pension, he doesn't deserve it. He misled the public and really deserves to have spent more time in prison. It's these corrupt political figures that need to get whacked twice as hard as the people they love to lock up. He's a piece if crap. That picture is horrible.

The Florida Bar goes after Conway for telling the truth and rewards Jenne the slime. He even gets to count his year in prison against the 5. What a corrupt bunch of sleaze bags.

He should have gotten the chair. That's what he would have recommended if it were anyone else.

Can't feel sorry for a guy that used the office of Sheriff for his own gain. He did a poor job while in office, and like so many of the others, he got the office by political appointment and then ran it into the ground for his own political purposes putting his name all over everything that moved.
He represents everything that's wrong about Broward Politics. When are these political punks gonna get it? They work for the people of Broward. They are not celebrities except in their own minds. It cost the tax payers 600 thousand dollars just to remove his name off of things like horse saddles, cars, equipment and the like. He should have had to pay for that as well out of hs own pocket. Everything else during his tenure was geared toward his wallet. Thank goodness we have Lamberti who knows what it is to be a cop and not a politician. He should have recieved a life sentence.

He's looking like a real celeb now. This crook deserves everything he got and more. It's weird, not to mention unfair, how these people seem to get nothing but a tap on the wrist and nothing more when compared to even something as ridicules as a residue case.
