NOT GUILTY! (FORMERLY BRUSH WITH GREATNESS)

"The judge wanted to know if I had ever been arrested!"

"She’s the darling of the national media.  She is positioned to be a Democratic leader in Congress one day. She was just named one of the top 50 Jews in America by Forward, a leading Jewish newspaper...." (From BrowardBeat.com)

And today U.S. Representative Debbie Wasserman Schultz is sitting on a jury panel on a felony possession of cannabis with intent to deliver or sell case before Judge Dijols (reconvenes at 1:15).

*UPDATE*
The case of Kevin Yates ended in a Not Guilty on all charges.  Defense lawyer Faisal Afzal walks Yates with hard-on-drugs Congresswoman Wasserman Schultz as the foreperson of the jury.

                                                                 WELL DONE FAISAL!

In light of the fact that you have voluntarily dismissed your civil law suit in federal court alleging you were unfairly and illegally disbarred, do you mind telling us what divine order of providence is going to reinstate your membership to the Florida Bar, an organization you have now unsuccessfully sued fifteen times ?

The odds of Jack Thompson going away simply because you ignored him are up there with the odds of the Dolphins winning the Superbowl this year.

And that he's even got an ego left to feed after two decades of monumental failure at everything he's turned his hand to should tell you something about Jack's mental state.

    Ben Kuenhne
Miami, Florida Via e-mail to ben.kuehne@kuehnelaw.com

    Dear Mr. Kuehne:

The following is from The Wall Street Journal:

“The Florida Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers honored Mr. Kuehne as a defender of constitutional rights with its Founders Award. In his acceptance speech, Mr. Kuehne said, ‘We live in a time that is not kind to the justice system, when the right to counsel is under attack, when those who oppose government overreaching are viewed as trouble.’"

This hypocritical whining by you is the most unintentionally hilarious comment by a lawyer since Richard Nixon said, “I am not a crook.”

You, the person who certified Medellin cocaine cartel money to be untainted, are the same lawyer, acting as my designated reviewer, who certified “fair” my political prosecution by The Florida Bar to serve your leftwingnut agenda. You are the Bar Governor who demanded that I submit to Soviet-style mental health exams despite The Florida Bar’s having been whacked for trying the same stunt against me years ago. You’re the gay rights lawyer who sued to get the gay marriage amendment off the statewide ballot. See http://www.floridabaptistwitness.com/9553.article.

Why should anyone believe a single thing you have to say about anything when you have fraudulently used the levers of the state bar for narrow and perverse ends? You have certified “fair” the use of perjury by the porn industry which has more money than ten cocaine cartels. What you demonstrably did to me is probative of whether are to be believed in your protestations of innocence as to money-laundering charges.

At the very least you are a hypocrite, and you deserve on that basis alone, regardless of what happens today in the courtroom of the same Judge Cooke who refused to hear what you did to me, to have your law career destroyed by any legal means available.

    Sincerely, Jack Thompson

While I can't see what, if any, mileage you gain from it, you're certainly free to sit there and take pot-shots at Ben Kuehne all day long and wish upon his legal career the same fate that you brought upon your legal career (if it can be said that you ever had a legal career). However, I'm willing to bet my dollar against your donut that because Mr. Kuehne, unlike you, isn't a moronic, self-destructive nut-case, your fervent desire that his career be destroyed will be unfulfilled.

Governor of the State of Florida
    420 East Jefferson Street
Tallahassee, Florida Via Mail and Fax to 850-487-0801

Re: Civil Suit against the State of Florida

    Dear Governor Crist:

This letter constitutes formal notice to the State of Florida of my intent to bring a civil action in state court against the State of Florida, based upon, among other grounds, Florida Statutes 761.01 and 768.295.

My view is that neither of the aforementioned Statutes require that such notice be given prior to suit, since each Statute constitutes a waiver of sovereign immunity; however, Mr. Fahlbusch of the Florida Attorney General’s office maintains otherwise, despite the law on the subject, so here is the state’s notice in the form of this letter.

If the state has any insurance coverage in these regards, please provide all information regarding that as mandated by Florida law within the time frame specified by that statutory mandate.

This suit arises out of the illegal actions of the Florida Supreme Court and The Florida Bar, which include certain criminal acts.

    Regards, Jack Thompson
