And today U.S. Representative Debbie Wasserman Schultz is sitting on a jury panel on a felony possession of cannabis with intent to deliver or sell case before Judge Dijols (reconvenes at 1:15).

The case of Kevin Yates ended in a Not Guilty on all charges. Defense lawyer Faisal Afzal walks Yates with hard-on-drugs Congresswoman Wasserman Schultz as the foreperson of the jury.

This hypocritical whining by you is the most unintentionally hilarious comment by a lawyer since Richard Nixon said, “I am not a crook.”
You, the person who certified Medellin cocaine cartel money to be untainted, are the same lawyer, acting as my designated reviewer, who certified “fair” my political prosecution by The Florida Bar to serve your leftwingnut agenda. You are the Bar Governor who demanded that I submit to Soviet-style mental health exams despite The Florida Bar’s having been whacked for trying the same stunt against me years ago. Why should anyone believe a single thing you have to say about anything when you have fraudulently used the levers of the state bar for narrow and perverse ends? You have certified “fair” the use of perjury by the porn industry which has more money than ten cocaine cartels. What you demonstrably did to me is probative of whether are to be believed in your protestations of innocence as to money-laundering charges.
At the very least you are a hypocrite, and you deserve on that basis alone, regardless of what happens today in the courtroom of the same Judge Cooke who refused to hear what you did to me, to have your law career destroyed by any legal means available.

Re: Civil Suit against the State of Florida
Dear Governor Crist:
This letter constitutes formal notice to the State of Florida of my intent to bring a civil action in state court against the State of Florida, based upon, among other grounds, Florida Statutes 761.01 and 768.295.
My view is that neither of the aforementioned Statutes require that such notice be given prior to suit, since each Statute constitutes a waiver of sovereign immunity; however, Mr. Fahlbusch of the Florida Attorney General’s office maintains otherwise, despite the law on the subject, so here is the state’s notice in the form of this letter.
If the state has any insurance coverage in these regards, please provide all information regarding that as mandated by Florida law within the time frame specified by that statutory mandate.
This suit arises out of the illegal actions of the Florida Supreme Court and The Florida Bar, which include certain criminal acts.
