JAABLOG CLOTHING DRIVE

Sexy Underwear      Doo-Rags     Oil Spill Cleanup Rags Doggie Tuxedos   Dress for Dad's Sentencing  Snot Rag

The rash of defrocked and electorally fired judges over the last two years has created a glut in the
used judicial robe market.  There are only so many church choirs and graduating classes after all.  No one will
buy them, and they serve as an unwelcome reminder in the closets of the formerly honorable.

Why not help out your humble used robe salesman and the community by donating them to charity?

JAABLOG's team of crack seamstresses will recycle your old robes so they can see the light of day again.
If you've accepted that the ride is over, and the fun of eating TV dinners in all your former judicial finery has
worn off, why not turn them into something special?

All proceeds will be donated to non-violent prisoner reentry programs and drug rehabilitation centers.
Just place your old robes in any of the plastic lined bins conveniently located in public bathrooms across
Broward County, and we'll do the rest.

Your chance to help the community has finally arrived!

    Get over it honey.

Whatever doesn't kill you makes you stronger/smarter/compassionate/etc. Does she see the big picture now?

Why did she have to lock people up at the Satellite for driving offenses anyway?

Scott sure is looking after the ex judges league. He is a considerate guy. I wonder if he is buying cinder blocks to prop under the legs of his ex judges' new desks and chairs so they can feel more at home towering over the little people before them. Oh wait. The people before them are clients, not little people. Clients with money too, not poor defendants they can push around. Pucker pucker kiss kiss time. Maybe Scott will ask the other lawyers to "all rise" at office meetings when one of the former judges come in. Oh wait, the real lawyers over there have massive wealthy client rosters, unlike the political hires. Guess they won't get that either.

The reality is probably more like this: Coffee anyone? Do you want mayonnaise on that sandwhich Mr. Rothstein?

I am wondering how judges can generate business after being out of the loop for 20 years or more? especially judges who were not exactly big hitters as lawyers? is someone going to pay judge stone $500.00 per hour?

Avalos and Dejols can permanently enshrine their robes in plastic bags along with their chances of ever becoming judges in Broward again. Especially Dejols who since he lost the election has treated everybody like a bastard at a family reunion. I almost forgot, he's done next to nothing from the bench since then either.

Funny pictures but I wouldn't put my dog in a tux made out of an Avalos robe. Not after the Richards picture darkening incident. How disgusting. The JQC and the elections commission should investigate.

How dis Avalos become a judge in the first place? Did she even have ten years experience? Ross had about the same and her family connections seem like they were good for her but how did Avalos get in ahead of much more qualified and deserving candidates? Is she related to someone important?

RULE 4-8.2 JUDICIAL AND LEGAL OFFICIALS

    (a) Impugning Qualifications and Integrity of Judges or Other Officers. A lawyer shall not make a statement that the lawyer knows to be false or with reckless disregard as to its truth or falsity concerning the qualifications or integrity of a judge, mediator, arbitrator, adjudicatory officer, public legal officer, juror or member of the venire, or candidate for election or appointment to judicial or legal office.

CAN A LAWYER SAY WHAT HE THINKS ABOUT THE QUALIFICATIONS OR INTEGRITY OF A FORMER JUDGE? THE RULE SEEMS TO SAY IT IS OK.

Is the SAO office going to take them back too!Is there money in the budget for them if they do? Is everyone feeling bad for them.Avalos get your robe and burn it do us all a big favor!Your JA well now thats another story she needs a job heard she has a baby now to support feel bad for the baby. She will find a job she is a hot mama!

Man, we really don't need any more of that guy. When he doesn't bring in the gravy, we won't. What would Rothstein want him for? A former Broward Judge for a couple of years. Not much sauce.
I wouldn't be surprised if it was just for six months to see what the guy's made of and what he brings to the table. After that, it'll all be up hill for Pedro. And for his robe: Who cares what he does with it. It means nothing now, does it?

People like Avalos and Dijols were never in the loop. Political suck ups who hit the Lotto and weren't smart enough to hire ace business managers and heed their advice, no more no less. Going back to being low level employees shouldn't be too hard.

    1. Pull into "Public Parking" Garage.

    2. Take Ticket.

    3. After court, put $8.00 in the machine for every hour you spent in court.

    4. Wonder to yourself "How can working people afford these rates? This is an outrage!"

    5. Ask yourself why you didn't ask this question when you were a judge and why you didn't do anything about it then.

    6. Congratulate yourself on having started a small portion of your journey towards enlightnment and redemption.
