Re: Criminal Alteration of Public Supreme Court Docket, Obstruction of Justice

    Dear Sir:

On December 22, 2008, the following docket entry appeared in Florida Supreme Court Case No. SC07-80, which is still an “open” case, as the docket itself indicates:

12/22/2008 MOTION-STAY (VACATE) PE John Bruce Thompson 231665 BY: PE John Bruce Thompson 231665 FILED AS MOTION TO VACATE REFEREE'S REPORT

I now find, this week, that the Supreme Court’s Clerk, Tom Hall, has illegally wiped the docket clean of this important filing as indicated by what now currently appears in the Supreme Court’s docket, which shows the following as supposedly the last docket entry two months ago:

10/29/2008 AFFIDAVIT/STATEMENT OF COSTS CO The Florida Bar FB BY: CO Sheila Marie Tuma 196223 - (FINAL)

Florida courts have exhaustively and repeatedly held that altering court dockets is a criminal act. Here is a link to recent news coverage in Florida of this resolved issue: http://www.miamiherald.com/522/story/436061.html

The Florida Supreme Court and its Clerk have stripped its docket of this pleading in my case because the pleading helps reveal criminal fraud, perjury, etc., by The Florida Bar and others. This pleading also exposes a far wider practice by the Florida Supreme Court and its Justices of stripping its official court files of pleadings filed with the Supreme Court, all in clear violation of Florida law. Remarkably, I have correspondence from the Court admitting that it is doing this.

It appears that one reason this has been done by the Florida Supreme Court and its Clerk, Tom Hall, is that the widespread misconduct of The Florida Bar and the Florida Supreme Court is ill be addressed by February 22 in the United States Supreme Court. In other words, we now have the highest court in Florida altering, phonying up, deleting items from its own court docket in order to cover-up its wrongdoing.

    This is shocking.

I would ordinarily go to the state criminal justice system about this, but when the highest court in our state is involved in criminal activity, a federal solution, which is authorized, as you know, by law, would appear to be the way to go.

Please advise that a formal criminal investigation of this criminal activity by the Florida Supreme Court has been opened. I and others will give your Agents sworn statements and evidentiary proof in these regards. Thank you.

    Regards, Jack Thompson

I took the time and effort to advise you against posting the same rubbish over and over and over and over again, and what's the very next thing you do? You post more of the same rubbish. As President of the National Association of Professional Cluster-Posters, I must inform you that the abysmal level of skill which you bring to the high art of cluster posting forces my decision that any application on your part for membership in the NAPPC will be summarily rejected. Re: John B. Thompson Letter re: Criminal Alteration of Public Supreme Court Docket, Obstruction of Justice

    Dear Sir:

I write to call you attention to some potentially relevant facts omitted, perhaps conveniently, from Mr. Thompson's letter to you of January 4, 2009.

By standing order of the Florida Supreme Court, no filings of Mr. Thompson are to entered on me unless the filing is made upon the signature of an attorney both admitted to practice in the State of Florida and in good standing with the Florida Bar. Mr. Thompson's Motion to Vacate was not, as required by this order, signed by an attorney both admitted to practice in the State of Florida and in good standing with the Florida Bar.

I suspect you may find these facts relevant to your handling of Mr. Thompson's complaint.

    Sincerely,

    The Florida Supreme Court Docket

Ah, but in this case, it's someone who wants to be dragged out in front of the crowd, because (a) it makes him think he is some kind of martyr, though I haven't got the faintest idea as to what he would be a martyr to, other than terminal stupidity, and (b) has gone beyond the point of 'right' or 'wrong' and is now simply concerned about not losing the spotlight he so adores.

Why else would Thompson always post his little self-gratifications on the top story, completely regardless of what the actual topic of the story is? Because, as far as Thompson is concerned, the world was created purely to give him something to stand on, and we are only here to be recipients of his 'mighty legal prowess'.

Obviously, in Jack's eyes, the single most important event that is occurring in Florida is his disbarment and his flailing and gum-gnashing attempts to get revenge on the people that finally brought his behaviour to light.
