    Here are a few good suggestions for improving the JNC and giving the legal community more confidence in the process:
    1. Use the same format , but increase the JNC membership to 30 people. This would give the JNC less probability of being manipulated by outside forces.
    2. JNC term limits of two three years terms.
    3. No two people from the same firm may serve on the same JNC at the same time.
    4. There must be a three year waiting period for members of the same firm to serve on a JNC.
    5. A person who is married to a JNC member or is married to a member of a firm where a JNC member is employed also is ineligble to serve for a three year period from the last day of service of that JNC member.
    6. Any in-person lobbying on behalf or against a candidate must be disclosed in writing/email to the JNC chair within 48 hours stating the name of the person who made contact and the substance of the information. Said writing/email must be forwarded to the candidate immediately.
    7. Any contact made to the Governor or staff on behalf of any candidate must be disclosed to the candidate by email within 24 hours.

    Get your facts straight. The traffic magistrates are back to work. Brenda would be a fine pick for any part of the county court. (contrasted to Phoebe Francois who NEVER returns a phone call and rarely remembers to show up in court.
