ALLEGED ASSAULT IN CUPAS CASE

Someone who may have been a family member of the alleged victim in State v. Cupas is alleged to have assaulted Cupas and some of his wrestling team supporters fifteen minutes ago in the Courthouse.  The trial before Judge Lebow recently broke for lunch.   A police report is being taken as we speak...
