An email was reportedly sent by Lee Cohen throughout the State Attorney's Office at 12:56 this afternoon.
The header referenced Deputy Charles Grady/Brady Notice.
Mr. Cohen reportedly stated "please be advised that the above deputy is the subject of a criminal investigation by the Broward Sheriff's Office involving female complainants and a Brady Notice must be filed in all cases where he is a witness."
The Brady Notice is reported to state that the State possesses information that may fall into the purview of Brady, stating "Deputy Charles Grady of the Broward Sheriff's Office is currently the subject of an ongoing criminal investigation by the Broward Sheriff's Office involving female complainants."

Hey, Dale, Shutter disagrees with your choice of basic black. He says it's too severe. Blue is a much better color, a calmer color and he doesn't want people appearing before him to be afraid.
You're in the minority apparently on your choice of black by the look of things, but I understand your view given all the "pomp and circumstance" you think you epitomize.

I just gotta say that Dale must be as warped as they say he is. Can't help it. But it's strange that a guy that's had so much to say over the years about everything, and not very artfully, would comment on judge's robe colors. It just sounds stupid. I think he needs to consider retirement, and now.
