If Jaablog thinks that the buss will be able to get from downtown Fort Lauderdale to Palm Beach in one-hour in the south florida morning traffic, it is way off. Bill, get ready to refund some money buddy!

Cover-up???? What are you kidding??? Judge Brown is very ethical (please nutjobs don't post you BS how she did thia and that - here in PBC she has great reputation. Some of us hate being on the losing side of a case, but she is fair). If somehting was wrong - she will call them on it. Not to mention, very very very few Court have any respect for Broward. Next time you Broward people are someplace else just relate this story and you probably be interrupted by the person saying "let me guess - Broward County right?"

I hope you are right JaRomey. But you can pardon us for being a bit cynical. Broward wouldn't be the way it is without help, winks, and nods from the powers that be that have allowed things to run off the rails here for such a long time. By the way, I think Brown is great too. But can you also admit it is hard for a judge, any judge, to destroy a fellow judge when there may be alternative ways to give this man a new trial?

They'll try to keep it in the dark, Id agree. But the papers may make that a little more difficult.

maybe she can get Jenne to give evidence as a person of good character.HA,HA,HA, He is her buddy he better be there to support her and give her a few tip how to handle the inmates in prison, or all the angry people in the unemployment line. She has time now to reflect on all the wrong she has done the people who came before her as a judge, especiall the black ones, Jenne can now tell her that BLACKS ARE HUMAN BEINGS TOO, AND THEY WERE NOT BORN JUST TO BE THROWN IN PRISON. There is a little bad in every good person/ there is also good in bad people. Sometimes people have to be thrown into these situations, to show them the world is round it is not flat and that prejudices because of race or color is a very foolish thing, this type of behaviour ususlly come back to haunt you somewhere down the line, as Jenne has realized.

No it will be in court. In beautiful PB each Judge has there own dedicated courtrooms (real ones - not coverted closets or store rooms). All hrgs are in court, even juvy. I know Judge Brown - just wait - this is too offensive to not destroy. And remember, Brown is not destorying - it is the 2-3 morons who would actually think its ok to go out during a trial and talk about the case in public. She should be kicked off the bench for clear incompetence.

You may as well have called it off early. They would never allow this follow up hearing to take place in May. Are you kidding? The truth might come out and we couldn't have that. The truth would burn bad and that's simply unacceptable around here. They've been avoiding the Truth as long as I can remember under Ross & Co. It's inconsistent with the agenda items and besides that it gets in the way of the unavoidable direction as dictated by The Great Leader as to what's really best for Broward County.
Keep it close. Keep it in a dark place. That's the better way to sneak it passed anyone who might want to add their voice to the dictates of the dictator.
