All aboard The Loureiro Express ...Judge Gardiner was apparently not amused by the recent Motion to Dismiss filed by attorneys Mike Tenzer and Richard Rosenbaum in State v. Loureiro. She's fighting back, and losing.

Is Team Gardiner off balance? Was it a miscalculation to file this Motion, particularly in light of all the rumors flying around? Or does the filing of the Motion somehow play into the bigger picture?

Careful readers of JAABLOG will remember that this issue was first reported here, after the Public Defender's Office Brady Task Force uncovered the free pass/closeout memo signed by Satz's #1 truth and justice seeker, Tim Donnelly. Bradygate is heating up. Finkelstein is "off the chain," and the SAO leadership is acting mighty strange. Have all the closeout memos been turned over? Are there even more than the 266 officers with potential Brady issues already discovered by the PD, most of whom were never disclosed by the SAO? Will the Feds be asked to investigate?

The illicit and criminal actions between Gardiner in collusion with SAO ASAs including Scott Raft, Scheinberg and many others age legendary since she started back in 1998 and her poisonous pus ooooozes out of every orifice of her body Gardiner has.
There is even a petition for mandamus against Gardiner for her deliberate and intentional delays and sabotage or post conviction proceedings in the 4th that Gardiner herself took it upon herself to deny while she was trying to fast-track to the appellate court while performing her acts for George Shahood on his bench.
Even Scott Raft filed a response that stated [legal and judicial wizard] Gardiner can't deny the 4th DCA petition for mandamus against herself in the circuit court.
Her hubristic stupidity has only expanded by her pandered for all these years such that the JQC doesn't see any of her actions as violation of the Canons because it's her standard of doing business. In this same hubristic vein, she declared she did nothing wrong here, either. Not her!!!! She's "The Honorable Ana Gardiner," and these claims are borderline libelous.
The waste from her fecal mind make it clear the only part of libelous applicable here is the lous-e part. Did you give Sheinberg some of you cooties too, Ana?

This idiot did an interview tonight on Channel 7 with that morron Nurik next to him. First of all Nurik should be sued for malpractice, but I guess if Scotty paid me $750,000.00 I would let him do what he wants.

One of the first places of Gardiner's long standing criminal history needs to start with George Shahood in the 4th along with Klein and Taylor and Warner when as CJ--promoted and authorized it, even to the mediocre scrutiny of Major Harding when the 4th was embarrassed for it's illegal activities before it.
Look for tell-tale stains on Ana's dress or under Shahood's bench or robe.
