BUSTED!
Judge Towbin-Singer ruled today in Robert Ray Huizenga's VOP case, finding Huizenga willfully and substantially violated his probation by committing felony BUI and consuming alcohol. He was on probation for a 2003 felony DUI, a classic SAO giveaway, since he wasn't charged with DUI Bodily Injury (which would have scored out to Florida State Prison), after nearly killing a seventy-one year old man.
David Bogenschutz's defense included admitting to the alcohol consumption violation (the police video of a seriously trashed Huizenga probably accounted for that), and putting on the testimony of one Patrick Stewart, who claimed he was the only one driving the boat that night. Interestingly, Stewart was also originally represented by Bogenschutz, as prosecutor Lanie Bandell pointed out. In any event, Towbin-Singer didn't buy it.
Sentencing is set for March 19th, at 1:30 PM. The felony BUI case is set for trial on February 16th. It'll be interesting to see if Bogenschutz still takes the case to a jury to prove a point, or if he tries to work both cases out together in March.

V's wife testified she is a trauma nurse and usually pretty stoic about injuries, but even she was freaked out to find him knocked out (thought he was dead until he mumbled something) in an ever increasing, large pool of blood from his head after this guy hit him in his big truck. Of course, all kinds of after effects from head injury and long recoup too ... "

I am glad you are aware of this racist system going on. There is hope that the more people who realize this, can watch out for unfair and discriminatory treatment so that we can make noise and push laws to be changed to disallow this on-going racism and unfair treatment for poor minorities.
Why not drug test judges and attorneys. I mean if former Judge Korda had the nerve to smoke a joint in the park, I am sure more lawyers and judges are doing more than that in their homes which impair their attitude and judgment in court.

Yes I say test them all every so many months like they do the public. Just a few years ago or maybe just a year ago,an asa husband got busted with a lot of drugs in his and his wife house,but as we all know satzie probly took care of that. Never heard anything else about it. In fact cops bso,lawyers,judges all have the same everyday problems as the average joe it's always swept under the rug. For instance Lori son dies from doing drugs at his own free well,have the right connect dealer gose to jail, no matter what.The average joe, me child gets murdered hands behide her back with what looks to be handcuffs, shot one time in the middle of the head, her finger prints not found on the gun just a partial thump print where the dummie tried to put the gun in her hand,rigur already set up in the body,they could not get gun in hand, reports of her being shot with two different guns, Bso just could not get there cover up straight,her finger prints not on gun or bag where bullets were, her finger prints not on holster gun came out. But three prints found.
