"In a related development, Broward Public Defender Howard Finkelstein is considering filing a complaint with the JQC and moving to disqualify Cohen from all of his office’s criminal cases based on a conversation this week between Cohen and an assistant public defender.
“We are seriously looking at comments made by Judge Cohen to one of my lawyers, who is a female lawyer, that indicated that he gave way too much deference to prosecutors and way too little deference to females,” Finkelstein said.
When the defender claimed the prosecutor wasn’t being honest, Cohen pulled her aside and encouraged her to get along with the prosecution."

bill, you are two-faced. you say hi to dr. brannon in the halls, and you call him up to use him to evaluate your clients or help you out short notice, then you turn around and villify him on your blog just because your wife has an issue with him due to the fact that she works at the pd's office and is therefore brainwashed into following their retarded policies. dr. brannon wrestled in high school and was a professional wrestler, who changed careers to be a psychiatrist. BIG DEAL! he is a good psychiatrist who does proper evaluations and his opinion is not for sale. why don't you try to find out the REAL reason the pd's office has it out for him and has started their smear campaign against him and blog that???? or would that be too much investigative work for you? all you would have to do is ask your wife.

There certainly seems to be numerous inconsistencies in Lebows story and docket. As far as Holmes' response about Lebow calling her about it. What would you expect. More like cover her own butt as Lebow looks pretty bad on this one with her " It'll all come out in the end" statement. Har, har, Holmes.
There are unsubstantiated rumors that she had an appointment to get her dog groomed on the date in question though.
Maybe Lebow should take a cruise to nowhere just to get some rest.
