Judge Ana Gardiner is in her office, as this is being written.  Her JA, Maria Diamond, told us she is in fact working (we're not sure whether it's on a defense, or judicial business).  Diamond also told us Gardiner is not resigning.  Gardiner's office and hearing room doors were shut tight.  Her rumored response is still not filed.

In other news, here is Steve Schaet's filing.

Give her a break?
- not going to happen.  Kicking people when they were down was a Division FD specialty, and now it's the little guy's turn.  Compassion and mercy are out the window, just like they were in good old FD, especially when you consider judges are held to even higher standards than even the impossibly high ones demanded of FD defendants.  And don't forget, Loureiro is merely a single case (isn't that right,
Mr. Patanzo?).

If this woman so-called judge is not disbarred or at least removed from the bench, something is seriously wrong with our JQC; not to mention our laws and ethics. I mean there should be no way that a judge out of all people can so blatantly and disrepectfully be so unethically wrong especially in a death penalty case and then get away with it! Further, who does she think she is even being so close and comfty out at restaurants with the prosecutor before her on a death penalty case and outrageously laughing about such case over dinner?!

She should be prosecuted! Not just disbarred and removed from the bench! How can the public allow her to continue to hide behind the other unfair devil, Michael Satz? She must go! She's no better than Scott Rothstein and he's facing life! So should she!

Larry on TV? Incredible. Scherer going after him? No one more appropriate. Scherer is the Republican bull dog, Larry is an old Democrat hack from the days of Sheriff Ed Stack (I doubt any of you remember him) he's responsible for placing this clown on the bench. At least once upon a time he was in county court. How much harm could he do hearing traffic tickets and landlord stuff. Scherer will bag him, gut him, and have him stuffed. The Sun Sentinel is publishing crapola. Stealing is stealing especially from little old ladies. Ana is getting fitted for her civilian clothes behind closed doors which is what she will be after they take her off the bench and burn her license. As it should be.

There needs to be the elimination of the JQC and the installation of a total civilian judicial review board so the cacklers in the henhouse will not continue to sporadically and arbitrarily regulate themselves.

The ONLY reason ana got it this time is because she offended the wrong people and could not avoid this one. But there have been other criminal complaints filed with the JQC with better "blatant" proof-positive and presumption great of her outright criminal malfeasant malpractice activities on the bench that the JQC dismissed, claiming refusal to follow the law as written and decided in order to commit felonies under color of the robe did not violate the Canons 2A declaring she must "respect and comply with the law" and 3B(2) "be faithful to the law and maintain professional competence in it" because failure to do so does not violate Canon 1--upholding the integrity of the judiciary. Why? Because the judiciary in Florida has no integrity but for its arbitrary practice, so fubdamentally KNOWS the JQC will protect dirty judges instead of protecting the public from them.

That goes all the way up to CJ piggy queef (PAQ to the uninitiated)

They have all condoned and protected gardiner too often to open the door too far now.

It's like kathy wallets--as soon as the list of clients the whore kept was about to be exposed, the prosecution suddenly stopped.

Them am the same folks who haven't hit ana before and have covered up and protected ana in the past.

The house has always had the constitutional duty to impeach regardless of the JQC, but has refused. Why is that?

Ask black peeery thugston on the House Courts committee and now crim and civ justice Policy committees--because it is PUBLIC POLICY in Florida to allow judges to violate the laws the legislature passes and not be held accountable--stated Nathan Bond-lawyer and committee big macher in the House, so they will not bother to prosecute or even put it on the agenda--as spracht lawyer dennis ross--former Courts committee chair, so they will not entertain a constitutional complaint against the judicial members of the JQC for failing and refusing to investigate ana, let alone impeach the crotch.

All under the other man who would be senator--speaker marco rubio with the able assistance of "oh danny boyo" gelber and former senate judiciary chair alex viallobos.

getting the picture of the dominos lining up?????

the JQC is too irresponsible and untrustworthy to be allowed to continue to bury other complaints.

Plus, are you forgetting the numerous other outed "acts of ana in her other affairs and activities" like the stalking of an ex and her hit and run accident?

Joyce Jillian wasn't allowed to escape her escapade of running naked at a lawyers convention. why was ana permitted her antics--does anybody ever read the extensive list of jaablog archives??

Exactly! Why is the JQC given so much power when they do not fairly use or disperse it? No way should they be dragging their feet incompetently and disrepectfully to the American people when the judges and prosecutors such as Gardiner are lying and performing criminal acts.

Why even have a JQC who does nothing except cover for bad judges. The JQC should be protecting the public against these types of judges not covering for them!

And Joyce Jillian was not half as bad as Gardiner in lying to the JQC or in presiding over the bench. Jillian was never caught laughing and discussing cases with her prosecutors out at dinner! And she would probably have more of a heart than to laugh over a death penalty case anyway; more than can be said for Gardiner.

Come on JQC, do your job!! before you all are a laughing stock like the judges! I mean how many offenses does it take to do your job? Gardiner has had unethical affairs with her defense attorneys and prosecutors, has showered defense attorneys with taxpayers monies by appointing them to represent the indigent before her, she has had a hit and run accident, and the list probably goes on with things that we don't know about yet. It's time to ship out these embarassing judges that are negatively and horribly affecting our precious judiciary.

And who does Dale Cohen and Tobin think they are with their unethical and totally unprofessional behavior?! They are human beings and not GOD either. They need to be shipped out as well! Come on, do your jobs!!!

what really needs to be done to remove any doubt from the minds of JQC re Gardiner, is an investigation into cases she has done since she has been on the bench. This is not by far the first case. She has been doing this ever since she started, it is only that lawyers both ASA and Defense lawyers have been afraid of her because of the powerful people behind her. She has been going out to dine with ASA and DEFENCE lawyers while they had cases in front of her for YEARS, Simply ask her looking her straight in the eyes and watch her reaction, Ask people who have had that experience to come forth with what they have experienced in the past with her in this particular regards. Its time for the JQC to really investigate this woman's work habits properly, YOU ALL WOULD BE VERY VERY SURPRISED AT WHAT YOU FIND OUT, and also what other lawyers have been guilty of this,
