Late this afternoon, I notified Governor Scott that I would be resigning as a Circuit Judge effective June 30, 2011. Effective July 1, 2011, I will return to private practice with the Law Offices of Marshall C. Watson. I wish to express my sincere thanks to each judge for permitting me the honor of being your Chief Judge during the last four years. I appreciate the confidence you placed in me.

So you have to figure he is making at least what he is making currently. Maybe already out of drop. So lets say its 160k a year. This guy has not been in private practice for close to two decades so its doubtful he has any book of business. Typical law firm math says you need to bring in 3x your salary for that person to be profitable. So this could be the greatest scam of all time. Easily half the curent judiciary are not big fans. I hope Vic has a multi year agreement and guaranteed money.

What is the advantage to have Vic the Prick as a foreclosure attorney? He brings no business, attracts no business, will find out how much his fellow judges "respect" him, and has no skills that a new law student would not perform better. I don't get it. Why is he really resigning? and so soon

If you have a practice that is not making any money the salary of a judge can look pretty good. It might not be much but at least it's a set amount with paid benefits. Just watch the losers that run in 2012 and see how many of them have a firm in the toilet.

Big thanks to Tobin for his tireless efforts to rid Broward of the influence of Dale Ross and the likes of the Judicial Scum Brigade. I'd resign from that group of blood suckers too. Broward Courts are a better place because of him.

He's about to find out that a former judge ain't such a big draw in forclosure. That, and he might not be employed there very long. But I'd want to get out of that rat's nest too. I don't blame him. He's put in his time.

Liz schere, ex husband father of her child didn't he have numerous arrests. Father questionable. Did she have a boyfriend that was a cop with some legal problem? Looks like we may have another unstable judge. A lot of people can't wait to bite into this.

Da Judge is accepting a "position of Supervision"over seer of the Tom Watson foreclosure giant who just paid a two million "penalty to the Attorney Generals office and the Broward State Attorney.

Going to finish my GED first before I put out the resume. Don't know of many other places that will pay me $90,000 to smoke cigarettes all day though. I'm open to ideas guys!
