"NO FLAGRANTE"
The title of this post isn't an actual quote, but it is BSO's position at this point in time concerning the alleged jury room close quarter antics.
Sources close to BSO tell us no eyewitnesses to jury room delicto-ness have come forward, and that the agency doesn't believe there were any in the first place. The whole thing is being chalked up to a rumor that may have been started out of petty jealousy or vindictiveness, becoming more and more salacious as it spread like wildfire throughout the courthouse community. There may have been an embrace, we're told, setting off a very grown-up version of the Telephone Game for all the wrong reasons.
Interestingly, we've now heard both sides of this one from very reliable sources, and they couldn't be farther apart ...

This sure isn't what I heard happened. Typical broward courtroom coverup. Heard they were caught red-handed doing the deep and dirty. The lies they use to make it look better always make it worse. But, this is Broward after all.

Nichols every one knows how much you have played around and with who. Face it dude your affairs are far from being a secret. I guess your so happily married that you tell every woman you know that your "really not married and getting a divorce?" Maybe your wife should get your phone and text records for a start?
